   Relaxed atmosphere. Expensive. The drink I bought went from great (the whipped cream on top) to reasonable (the "white chocolate mocha", which was not white) to awful (the syrup that collected at the bottom). I guess I shan't experiment any longer. Ps it is not the best espresso this side of Milan. I was born there. No way.

   I just wish coffee shops like Nero would actually clear the tables more frequently. I have been here 20 minutes staring at a cup and Napkin left by the previous user. The staff were friendly and it's a decent coffee.

   Lovely food and lovely atmosphere but the female staff who deals with customers needs training as to how to deal with customers. Minimal contact with customers and made us feel unwelcome with her attitude. We ordered a panini and when it was toasted dropped it in the counter without letting us know.

   Best Coffee! The New Malden Branch is lovely, good vibes! THE HEAD OFFICE SERIOUSLY NEEDS TO SORT A MANAGER THOUGH!!! They keep loosing really good Bariesters due to this - and they work hard!!! Summer - main Bariester, is fantastic and helps keep the place going! Nero Corporation - please be good to your staff!

   Sorry, but the days of Nero as a quality chain are gone. Remember when ordering a cappuccino guaranteed an espresso base and a dome of milk foam? Nowadays you’re more likely to get a flat cup of hot milk and water.
