   This shop seems to be very busy on weekends, which is not a surprise in this area. We were lucky to find a table without a long waiting queue. There is no outdoor seating, but it was not an option anyway on a snowy day. Still lovely Costa coffee and decent deserts so no complaints

   Its a shame that the few (one) spoil it for the Barista team, customer service is exactly that, serve the customers needs, and don't let your ego get in the way. If you don't like being a Barista and serving great coffees with a smile, try another job. Not so merry Costa, you might make it better than Starbucks, but if it has a dose of patronising attitude, how can customers refuel and enjoy.
