Professional afforbable service end to end. Had Repairs, MOT, Servicing and Tyres off these guys in the past two years and they're always great! Front desk is super helpful and friendly and the work from the guys in the back is second to none.
Was quoted over £1000 to have my heater matrix replaced, these did it for half the price! No more coolant leaking into the passenger footwell and fan now working. Carpet and outside of the car had been cleaned when I collected. Very happy and will recommend.
I booked my VW Shuttle in for a Cam belt kit replacement this week & was very happy with the service. The staff are very professional & the receptionists were helpful. Been here the last couple of years for MOTs. Fantastic garage, really professional and have had the car back well within a couple of hours each time (compared to having to wait all day at the bigger chains). Definitely going to keep coming here for any work on my car going forward

Left my car with ic autos at 9am for an engine diagnostic and was told it would be ready in the afternoon I rang them at 3pm to see if it was ready they told me they were still looking at it. Waited till half four then went in to see if it was done they told me to wait outside as still looking at it. Went back in at 5:15pm as they shut at half past and the receptionist told me they had not had time to look at it but I could book in another time. NO THANK YOU what a complete waste of a day. Why book it in in the first place????
On looking at the reviews on the garage I thought I was making the right choice for my car MOT but how wrong was I. I was told to bring it in first thing 17/05/22 08.30 for it’s MOT I left it with them and I received a call at 10.10 to say it had failed the Mot on a handbrake that needed adjustment and a exhaust leak ! Quoted £266 for the repair. Told them to carry on and let me know when done. I rang them back at 12.55 for an update as I was just killing time walking around town. They told me it will be 5pm I said I’m not walking round till that time and will collect first thing in the morning, they was fine with that. On the morning of the 18/05/22 I was waiting for a parcel to arrive so never got to the garage till 12.20 and I had planned the afternoon at the beach with family but on getting to the garage I was told it was not ready and won’t be ready till 4pm. Well I was fuming , I had received no phone call or update or anything. It was like my car had just been left because I said I would collect today. No apology or anything or even a gesture of good will. I’ve been a service advisor for a main dealer so I know how much communication is needed in this role. I had to cancel my plans and spend another day walking around town. Got told 4pm and rang them at 4.20 to be told it will be 5.30pm. Poor poor service and I understand problems can arise but all they was concerned about was taking my money. I would not recommend this garage at all.
