Dear Management, I visit your coffee shop regularly and truly enjoy the quality of your coffee. It’s one of the main reasons I keep coming back, and I believe many customers feel the same. However, I would like to share some feedback regarding the customer service. I have noticed that both supervisors often do not treat customers equally. The way they welcome people, interact with clients, and say goodbye can be inconsistent, and at times it feels as though some customers receive much more attention than others. On several occasions, greetings or farewells have been ignored, which affects the overall experience. Good hospitality and equal treatment are essential for any successful coffee shop. While your coffee is excellent, the service from certain staff — not all — is becoming noticeably weaker, and this may cause the shop to lose loyal customers in the future. I would also like to suggest introducing name badges for all staff members. This would allow customers to give clear and specific feedback when needed, rather than generalising or blaming the whole team. I am sharing this feedback with positive intentions, as I genuinely like your coffee shop and want to continue visiting. I hope this helps, and I am confident that improving consistency in customer service will make a big difference. Kind regards

Nice coffee shop with friendly staff and relaxing environment, just next to a park. We ordered a flat white and a cortado — both were okay, but the espresso base tasted a bit bitter, maybe slightly over-extracted. Hopefully just a one-time thing. Will try again next time.

Turned up at another brother at 3:26, was refused food due to the chef leaving early because it was quiet ? Despite toasties being served all day which is 4pm. Then proceeded to say I couldn’t have a have in cup because they were so quiet … sadly really hard stale cookies, coffee was good and the gentlemen working seemed friendly and kind. Such great location and working in coffee myself this could be amazing I don’t understand why you can stick to the hours and provide what you are telling customers you are providing. Won’t be coming back as this is the time I am able so will just be refused every time. Shame.

I've been in London for four days and having breakfast here three of them. This is a unique place, not only for the food and coffee which are delicious, but for the warm and friendly attention of the staff, specially Malaika, it is definitely worthy coming here.

The coffee here is so good. It’s my new fave place in Putney for coffee. Often stop here on my way into town. Looks good for a weekend sit down too as it’s by the park. I have a Long Black. Pastries looked fine but so are they everywhere. This is the perfect place for good good coffee from a La Marzocco. Better than Tried and True, better than Artisan. Keep it up Another Brother. Standards are high!

My absolute FAVOURITE coffee shop. I go here a few times a week to work, chill and enjoy the incredible coffee. Can't recommend enough if you're in Putney and the brunch is UNREAL! The staff are absolutely legends too and it's in the ideal location to go on a park walk along the river after some food!

Great coffee, perfect service with attentive staff, selection of pastries. The location is just across the park, there’s sitting inside and outside. And to top it all, £1 refill.

Ok, so first time coming here. Let me blow your mind. Refills are a £1. Coffee is from Caravan roastery, so you know it’s going to be elite. Across the road from the river. Big windows to catch the rays and the chillest vibes with absolute bangers playing. Could I live here? Is that an option?

Small cozy local coffee shop. Very nice people serving you almost unlimited coffee for £1 more each subsequent cup, and an amazing pancake. It felt so gourmet! They are basically in front of the park, so you can sit outside and have a beautiful view when it’s sunny. Prices are fine, so you won’t regret!
