   The male manager of this Nero is absolutely lovely! Great service, very friendly and accomodating. I keep returning to this branch, with colleagues, just for lovely interaction. He makes a perfect coffee too!

   Usually I love Cafe Nero and I’ve always had amazing service but I found the staff quite rude. I had asked what syrups they had as they had run out of a drink I was looking to order and the lady laughed as if she couldn’t be bothered to tell me. Luckily another guy working there noticed and helped me out. Overall service was sloppy and workers acted like they didn’t want to be there and I was of disservice to them. Will not be coming back

   I was served on the 11th of October at around 1:40 PM by a short barista with a flicked moustache. I ordered a white chocolate iced latte and noticed he was overfilling the cup with ice, so I politely asked for less. Afterwards, he handed me an obviously half-empty cup. When I questioned this, he replied that “everything is measured and you asked for less ice.” I was really taken aback by his response and found his attitude dismissive and unprofessional. I was extremely disappointed by the way he handled the situation and the overall service I received

   Stopped by the Tooting Broadway Nero and was pleasantly surprised — the tiramisu was absolutely delicious, rich and perfectly balanced. Cozy atmosphere, friendly service, just a bit understaffed but overall a nice place to relax or catch up with friends. Will definitely be back for that dessert alone!

   Caffè Nero is an amazing place, and the staff make it even better! They are all so friendly and welcoming, making you feel like a regular, even if it's your first visit. It’s clear they genuinely enjoy what they do. One staff member, in particular, stands out—he's always really friendly and funny with customers, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. His approach to customer service feels like a pleasure, not a chore, and that makes a huge difference. The whole team does an excellent job, and their positive energy makes this place special. The coffee is great, but it's the staff that truly make this Caffè Nero a standout spot. Highly recommend!

   There is a really nice and professional barista that works there - I think she’s French with a rose like tattoo on her left arm. She is very polite and courteous - I would like to say for her to keep that positive energy it made me smile. And she is beautiful too!!! Merci!!!

   The shop was clean and tidy, The display cabinets  well stocked a good selection of various sandwiches and pastries. The staff were pleasant enough. I ordered latte to go they asked me if I would like anything else a cake or a sandwich or something I polite declined. I arrived in the quite time Saturday round 4pm wasn't as busy. It can get very busy alright for a catch up with friends, not good for business meeting it to noisy. Handful of tables outside if you want to smoke. Toilet are available.
