   i went shopping with my daughter today to experiance something very disturbing,there was two girls shuving and pushing another girl into the battery section where she could of really hurt herself,the batterys were all over the place and all i could see was a crowed laughing around them (adults).i shouted securuty but no one ever came,then one of the staff came to the 2 girls calming them down with a smile and let them stay in the store,i then asked him why they were still there after what theyve done and he was rudely stating that “he didnt see everything”i then turend around while walking away to see him laughing at me.

   Called at tesco for breakfast as I suffer fron crohns I filled in display to order breakfast and cup of tea I then proceeded to the counter to ask the Tesco employee nt to put the tea bag in the pot as can only have my tea weak upon arrival the tea bag was in the pot and upon approaching the employee to explain was abruptly told I haven't got time to deal with requests So who does and how do you deal with allegeries because your screens doesn't give you any options Feeling very let down with attitude and abrupt nature your employee showed cannot attach a name as her name tag was not visible about her person

   Didn't think they could make the place worse. But, Whack ! They've knocked it out the park. Yes it's currently under refurbishment, but it's a complete nightmare. Not much stock. Hard to find what you're looking for, and if you do find it, the cost of living has shot the price up. As for the darker shelves, they make it more difficult to see what you're looking at on them.

   Pharmacy: I have taken the same medication for 20yrs and have only just started using Tesco Pharmacy Mansfield. I have to take a specific brand of medication and this is noted by my GP on my prescription. At the beginning of the month I called Tesco to check if my prescription was ready and asked them to check the brand, the Pharmacist was very rude, speaking in broken English. Her exact words were 'I told you last time that you need to have the brand written on the prescription, you'll have to have what we give you'. I was at work at the time and people heard her. So, I spoke to the doctors who confirmed the brand name is on my prescription. I also saw the note on the repeat prescription slip. I called today to see if my next prescription was ready, I didn't ask them to check for the specific brand, I didn't really want to get spoken to in a rude manner. Instead this time the issue was, the Pharmacist couldn't understand my surname and kept saying I was breaking up. I have a four letter surname and I was sat down with good phone signal. The woman sighed and took my date of birth instead. Then like magic, I received a text saying my prescription was ready. How conveniently timed! I wonder what next months issue will be?

   MoneyGram and the mystery regarding Tesco's ability to hire or train people to solve the client's needs.. Around 6 or 7 times I was refused by customer service due to the fact they don't know how to sort it out. They either ask you to wait for the smartest one like one hour (you might go home after a hour without being served ) or they send you away saying the system is not working. Unfortunately poor stuff, managers turning eyes around giving fault on stuff and send you home with a smile on face. We are sorry. Leave this Moneygram out of your business and sell only what you can and know how..cigarettes and lotto tickets

   Always nice to pop in the Tesco for breakfast, used to go to Sainsbury's but they have closed. The restaurant has recently been refitted and looks nice and airy, with plenty of seating and free WiFi. I usually stop in the restaurant while my other half does the shopping and we meet at the till.
