   Bought 2 Aspire items from the Crossgates franchise this morning and cannot express enough just how helpful, kind and reassuring the Lady owner was after a terrible recent experience I had at Wow vape nearby. I was nervous to purchase in case anything went wrong, as it had recently but She reassured me my consumer rights would be not only respected but protected at Her establishment. She didn’t give me any hard sell, just great info on products that I told Her I already have confidence in. Prices were great, each item was £5 cheaper than expected and paid before nearby.... I was so heartened, I ended up purchasing two products. I will never buy any of my vaping products anywhere else. If I could give 20 stars, I would.
