   Today 16th December around 10:30am went to collect my parcel.Was two lady's at the desk. I politely said Good morning I got a parcel to collect. One of the lady said okay do you have an id on you? I and give her my passport, she was looking at my passport and the other lady ask what's the name? And the lady was looking at my passport answer with a laugh (I dont know i let you have a look) so the lady come and read my last name and ask me. (Your last name is SANTOS? ) I answer yes! So bought of them went to get my parcel and I can see them talking and smiling. So I think you should check your staff as I can see they are not prepared to deal with non English NAMES! I didn't cause a argument in there because I was not feeling well. But if I was in my good days believe me your staff was not gonna be happy with my answer.

   The shop is always neat and tidy, and its inside the Arndale centre Crossgates. Wheelchair freindly you can buy any mag or paper hear an i sure if you ask they would order it if not on the shelf, good little shop,

   Located in Cross Gates. Nice small newsagents. Gets busy abd full fairly quickly. Good array of news papers, magazines, crisps, drinks, chocolates, cigarettes, tobacco, lottery, etc. Pleasant staff too.

   Why does you opening hours on Google say open till 6pm??? I went there at 5.30 today and you were closed! I needed to collect something VERY important! You should realise that and be more professional. Won’t be using your store again and I’ll recommend other not to either! Very Annoyed!
