I have been coming here once a week for the past 2 years now. Really liked this coffee shop as it was nice and relaxing, however lately I almost feel bullied by the barista staff. So now apparently, if you accidently make a mistake or need to make any amendments after you have placed your order such as asking for coconut milk instead of regular milk, you get eyes rolled at you, spoken to rudely and huffs and puffs thrown at you, also you now have to pay an extra fee?!!! Just because you accidently made a mistake. Apparently it has to put through the system exactly how you order it before payment otherwise you are not allowed to change your drink, or have to pay extra if you do. Talk about military. I have never been to a restaurant/caffe/bakery in my life where you are not allowed to make amendments/change your order after you have already placed it, THIS IS VERY WEIRD! Just a little side note, it’s the male staff that are very rude everytime I come. The female staff are always lovely and very helpful and kind.

☕ Caffè Nero – Relaxing Vibe & Great Coffee Caffè Nero is one of my favorite places for a coffee break. The atmosphere is calm and cozy, with soft lighting and comfy seating — perfect for reading, working, or catching up with friends. The coffee is rich and smooth, especially the cappuccino and flat white. You can tell they care about quality, and the baristas usually get it just right. I also like their pastries and paninis — fresh, warm, and tasty without being too expensive. Service is friendly and efficient, even during busy hours. Some locations can get crowded, especially around lunchtime, but there’s usually space if you're patient. Overall: A great spot to relax with a well-made coffee and a bite to eat. It feels a bit more relaxed and personal than some other chains. ⭐ Rating: 9/10

A great spot to study, to meet up with friends and to come as a solo date. The drinks are creative, aesthetically pleasing and the prices are average. A great calming spot with jazz music, it really stands out. Their cakes are quite dry and crumbly, but that is expected if they're on display all day. I'd recommend this place for study dates as it has a calming atmosphere.

2star for food,as I food a hair on a chocolate twist. Very apologetic towards me afterwards. But please beware. Very busy and noisy at lunch time. Clean and tidy atmosphere otherwise.

Consistent in their taste and quality. Coffee is priced the same as other chains. Cafe is warm, staff are friendly and pretty quick, taking multiple orders and making no mistakes. Nice one team.

Service may need some work, seems understaffed and slow at peak times of the day! I've been a few times recently during lunch breaks at work and found a store at least half full with only one staff member in site! Beyond the apparent staffing issues, Caffè Nero has easily replaced Costa as my preferred coffee shop and where I can I will always opt for a Caffè Nero coffee over any other when out for a day or shopping, I just wish there were more of them local to me!

Courteous staff, prompt service and amazing coffee. Try their Peru coffee beans they are slightly sweet than the normal beans but are good.
