“Visited Lakeside with the hope of finding an outfit for my sons wedding. First shop I went into and what a delightful experience it was. From the moment I walked in Jayne was so helpful and I came away completely fitted out and extremely happy. They even packed it up and sent it to my daughter as we were on the way home to Spain and didn't have room in our luggage. Couldn't recommend them enough.”

“Was greeted by Charlotte while browsing the Tudor collection. She was extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was a bother and I never felt rushed at all. Was offered refreshments throughout and we chatted loads about the Tudor range. She really knows her stuff and is very passionate about the brand. Adam joined us to help with the part exchange and I think we were all equally happy with the final deal. Luckily I also purchased a couple of weeks before the Tudor price increase which meant the deal was even sweeter. I will definitely recommend Emson Haig, Charlotte and Adam if you are looking to purchase a Tudor in the SE of England and Essex area. Another member of the other staff, can’t think of the ladies name, was very friendly and chatty as well. The whole experience was a pleasure. I came back later in the day to collect the watch and Charlotte made the handover. Everything was explained very professionally but in an easy to understand manner. I am now the owner of a wonderful Tudor Black Bay Burgundy and will be revisiting them in the future for any purchases I’m looking to make. “Being a larger man I was dreading drudging around lakeside being told " we only do your size online" so when I walked into N A Menswear on Saturday 23/03/24 I spoke to a very well dressed chap ( I an sorry I didn't get his or the lady who helped me Sunday) who couldn't do enough to help. He found the biggest jacket in the shop, but was not big enough, so he was on the phone and found a black suit, to be collected by a colleague on her way in on Sunday. I tried the 3 piece suit on and as he was aware I needed it on Tuesday he turned up the trousers while we waited . Me and my partner had a lovely experience from the lady behind the til, we didn’t catch her name but she was blonde, glasses and butterfly tattoo on her neck, she was absolutely lovely she made conversation with us, she made us laugh and her customer service was spot on! Very rare in nowerdays society to have a decent chat with someone who’s actually down to earth and humerus. Thankyou so much to the lady that served us today 5 stars from us! “Been coming here a few months now as I previously decided to attempt to thin my own hair and ending up butchering it with bleach and home colour. Jodie has since manage to get my hair in a gorgeous condition since my first appointment and it’s finally healthy and growing. Couldn’t ask for better treatments, patience and staff. Amazing service and client care and the end results being healthy hair!”

“Charlie who served our table was really lovely. Great service with a smile, give her a pay rise. The whole team was really helpful and they seemed to want to be there. Charlie gave a hearty welcome and gave us a table explaining the online ordering process. The wait for the food was appropriate. And she checked to make sure everything was ok. I saw her support an elderly couple who were struggling with the whole QR code situation with their order. Overall I'm happy and will recommend, 4 stars as I thought the prices for what you get weren't great.”
