A great experience so far. From a phone call after our coffee machine died (not supplied by Bruud) to having a new machine organised in a few hours and an installation date set. Ordered item from Brüud online store on the 20th June and paid immediately. Received email from Brüud on 23rd June saying item was listed but unavailable and my refund will take 5 to 10 days to be processed! This is more than unacceptable!

Ordered 4 different packs of coffee from Bruud a while back and still working my way through them. Absolutely delicious, especially the Colombian coffee. Unfortunately I'm now struggling to enjoy the cheap instant coffee as much as I used to as the difference in quality is so obvious to even a casual drinker like me.
