   Great soft play area and a section under 3s and disabled children. Entrance is flat into the unit. Plenty of seating will allocated table number on entry. Toilet facilities for all and baby changing. Cafe section full of options and very polite and helpful staff. Dashang is a credit to this outfit serving over and beyond expectations. This was our first visit and would definately visit again

   We had my son’s 7th birthday party here, the hosts were great!! Booking was extremely easy to do and communication from crazy tykes was great too. We had one child in the party who had severe allergies but crazy tykes were great, they ensured everything was covered and we were really impressed. The only downside I would say is we weren't made aware that there would be other parties overlapping at the same time as us, which made the seating area we had been allocated very chaotic and busy to try and welcome our guests and also made our experience a bit less special. (I’m not saying I thought we would have it exclusively as I knew that wasn’t the case but it was a bit disappointing) Other than that everything was great and the hosts Eve and Georgia were so welcoming and made it really easy for us. Thank you!

   Thank you so much CT staff for a thoroughly enjoyable morning session with our grandchildren aged 4 and 6. A safe, clean spacious environment, food (kids lunchboxes and jkt pots for Ganny and Granddad) reasonably priced and perfectly acceptable. Our two love the outdoor area but also enough to keep them happy and safe inside. All staff extremely pleasant and professional, work hard to maintain cleanliness and efficiency. The best soft play/ activity centre we've been to (and we've seen a few!!) Thankyou.

   We had an absolutely fantastic time recently at our little one’s 3rd birthday party at Crazy Tykes. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail, making sure both the kids and the adults had everything we needed. The host was simply brilliant—engaging with the kids and keeping them entertained throughout the party. The venue itself was perfect for this age group, with plenty of safe, fun activities for the kids to enjoy. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and you could tell that everyone was having a great time. It was such a stress-free experience for us as parents, knowing that everything was taken care of so smoothly. We’re so grateful to the team for making this milestone celebration so special and memorable! Highly recommend for any little one’s birthday—truly an unforgettable day!

   We had my daughters 3rd Birthday party here. Her and her friends had an amazing time. The soft play is fantastic with lots lots of options and an outdoor area too. The meal itself was good.and they set it up with the plates/cups and birthday banner which had her favourite characters on. I would recommend a party here and a couple of hours for a play. Thank you to all the wonderful staff

   Have visited this place a lot in the last few years. Really good play area for children inside and out, enable kids to have variation in their play. The food is really good, quite expensive but good portions. Food service is quick and plates cleared away when finished by the staff. Busier on weekends obviously with parties etc. Staff friendly and appear to be organised. Was slightly taken a back on our last visit as got questioned as to why we have brought our own food. My daughter has autism and will only eat certain food and snacks. The lady approached this as nicely as she could but I was upset as there's nothing more I'd like than to order something off the menu for her. Slightly tainted our visit and made the only outing of the week more stressful.Anyhow she just asked that next time we visit to use their plates etc which of course we will. If she did think it was for us to keep costs down it certainly wasn't as we spent over £40 on food then had additional drinks. Read many comments about Danielle being unfriendly but if this is the lady that greets you she has always smiled at me and been helpful. All staff work very hard you can see that.

   When I was first beckoned here for my little ones playdate, I had no idea what I was looking forward for. But when I got there, it became my favourite outing place with my baby boy. Prices are reasonable (both entry and food) and place itself is kept clean. There is little area for infants and older kids have a lot more area to play/slide and runaround. Food service is pretty quick too.

   Decent play area with a sensory bit for 6months or so. Good size for older kids to run around. Has a little basketball/football pitch indoors and some interactive games to squash bugs etc on the floor via a projector, nice sized outdoor area with things to climb and bikes/trikes. Cafe has good range of food and drinks. Good price for what you

   We've been going to crazy tykes for about 8 years now and we absolutely love it. Super clean, excellent food, lovely soft play and a great outside area. The staff are friendly and we can relax with a coffee whilst our children play. Every time we go, the kids never want to leave. We live in York and it is well worth travelling even from a bit further away.
