   The shop is inside the bus station, entire bus station is dog friendly, including the various cafes and coffee shops, yet this store isn’t. When travelling alone with my dog I’m now unable to use the store to get anything, even if I’m carrying him so there’s no way he could mess on anything. Staff were friendly and polite in telling me, but for a shop in a dog friendly area, it seems ridiculous that dogs aren’t allowed in! Used to use this shop every week and now I’m unable to go in.

   Really bad service!! Was at the shop yesterday and the card reader was talking ages for payment to go though. She stud their behind counter tapping her foot and huffing. I offered to pay in cash as it would be quicker. As I look the £10 not out of my purse she snatched it off me and then give me wrong change was £3.10 short but was so uncomfortable I just wanted to leave so I never did anything. Am never going back !

   Rude, unhelpful staff. Staff act like they’d rather be sat on death row and they treat customers like they’re inconveniencing them when asking them for assistance in anything that requires them to move. Hilariously ironic to say it’s a convenience store

   Didn't accept my parcel (Evri drop off point) reason:they don't do that before 2pm. Why? Because they are busy this time....I was on my in the queue....with small child.

   This is not a bargain booze at all as it doesn't sell alcohol. But it has a Costa express machine as well as some of the American machines. You can get a tango ice blast
