Decent proper pub. £4.50 a Guinness so very reasonable, juke box, locals and super friendly staff. What more could you want?!
Lovely little pub with friendly staff and cheaper drinks! They also do food now , looking forward to try it soon.
Did my first Gig here on Friday 3rd November, It was a great night, and a Pleasure to perform.
First time in the pub due to our usual watering hole having closed for unknown reasons (TheCompases), will surely return there when in the area due to fishing locally. Staff seem all good will know better after more frequent visiting..
Would have got 5* if badger was barred. Great pub, great atmosphere

Nothing spectacular but the owner (I think she was the owner) was very nice and so polite and even when we left she said, I hope I see you guys again. That’s the kind of service that makes you want to go again and we surely will! Thank you!
