   Newly refurbished and opened in October 25. There is a pub car park. with ample parking. Amazing roast lunch with unlimited roasties, gravy and Yorkshires puddings. What a great pub. Thank you to the staff who were super friendly and polite. Nothing too much trouble. We will be back! You deserve as many 5*reviews as possible. Please keep up the awesome team work!

   Twice in a month we went , one was a Saturday lunch with my family and today Sunday lunch . Was super and best Sunday roast we had. My husband said he had the best Sunday roast ever. Good quality beef and come with yummy vegetables. Lovely clean good environment, good service and very clean tolite. We are lucky to have one in near by us. Somewhere close for us to eat... Price not bad compared with quality and price. Sunday roast was only £21 but very good beef . Happy day again..

   Perfect Sunday roast and great atmosphere! This was our first visit to The Old Crown and we had a wonderful afternoon. We booked online that morning and reserved a table for 14.45. We were met with a warm and friendly welcome, shown to our table and ordered some drinks. The menu had some super options but we both decided to order a starter followed by a Sunday Roast. The crab and sweetcorn bites were extremely tasty and the roast was incredible! The beef, perfectly cooked and there was plenty of it, roast potatoes - crispy and fluffy in the middle and the Yorkshires superb! The vegetables were hot and tasty along with the cauliflower cheese. The menu said “bottomless” roast potatoes, Yorkshires and gravy but I was too full to enjoy seconds! I will be recommending this restaurant to my family and friends and we will be returning in the next few weeks for sure. Special thanks to Lucas and all the team, we will be back!

   Since the old crown And a treasure of the village I grew up in has been taken over. I must say I was highly impressed with the Design and Fitout to start with very well executed from the wallpaper to skirting I cannot fault the tension in detail. Beautifully designed even the garden. Now onto the staff, They greeted us at reception and kindly took us to our table very polite and friendly and very attentive with our orders. Food 10 out of 10, Certainly the best pub in this village by miles. Exactly what Great Bookham needed! Highly recommend and couldn't fault anything! Particularly our waitress, the lovely Olivia, Very cordial and polite. Looked after our requests, Checked on us through each course, Ever so friendly an asset to the crown.

   A recommended choice if you look for good food, often with a twist to keep it interesting. Highlight for us were the muscles, fish, pumpkin stuffed pasta, the very low alcohol beer and deserts. But I would trust the chef with anything. Everything was cooked on point. The staff was lovely and happy to ensure we were comfortable and looked after. We spend a bit more on drinks however the meal prices were entirely worth the price and reasonable. A real food highlight for the area and definitely the choice for bringing guests. Thank you for a lovely evening

   Well kept Surrey Hills beers (Shere Drop and Greensand IPA), plenty of space and massive beer garden. Tables and chairs were a bit primitive, more suited to a younger audience, which would go with the bar full of different shots.

   Great experience!! The staff were superb, thank you! Great location for friends and family meetings. Also an absolutely stunning place to just sit in the garden and have lunch from the Skoolie van . The interior is warm and cozy. Can't wait to visit again.    Loved this Pub! Authentic, a stones throw from Poulsden & Lacey, and clean. Staff are very friendly and didn’t miss a beat with our first time visit. Will come here again for spring and summer as they’ve got a huge and gorgeous garden Highly recommended and family friendly.!

   We used this pub for my daughter's gender reveal party on Sunday afternoon, the pub staff were great, very welcoming and did a very nice buffet for £10 per head - there was loads of food!! We had the rear Party Room to ourselves, with darts, snooker and a massive TV so it was great fun - highly recommend!!!
