It's a great place, well-located and easily accessible, with real professionals at work. Appointments are sought after but not impossible which is why I switched to a private practice. The advice is on point, lots of care and comfort taken to put nervous patients like me at ease and the treatments have been super effective.
I had my appointment with Anjali . She listened to my questions , she was extremely patient , very friendly and above all I received excellent treatment. I can’t recommend her enough. Excellent dentist and service . 10/10.
I cannot praise Greg enough. I am a nervous patient and without a doubt he could not have done more to put me at ease. A front crown had fallen out while I was on holiday in Chester and I was able to get an emergency appointment on the day that I called. I was very self conscious about the gap in my teeth so was really pleased that Greg made a perfectly formed temporary crown at the same appointment while I wait for the permanent crown to be made and fitted. Praise too, to the receptionist and dental nurse for being so friendly. No hesitation in recommending Greg at Love the Dentist.
I really do Love the Dentist after my visit today with dentist SOPHIE and dental nurse AMY in the Chester practice. From the moment I walked into this charming surgery I felt at ease and was treated with the utmost kindness by all the team. However, my biggest thanks go out to SOPHIE and AMY who made my experience of Love the Dentist, Chester comfortable and relaxed with SOPHIE taking the time to explain the treatment before undertaking the procedure which she and AMY then did efficiently and with the greatest care. Amazing! I normally hate going to the dentist but the friendly staff here made it so easy & pain free. The place was clean & welcoming. The dentist was friendly & kind. During my procedure they regularly checked up on me, making sure I was okey during my tooth extraction & they took the time to go over affordable payment plans with me before doing anything. I didn’t feel rushed at all during my appointment which made a nice change to other dentists I have been too. I highly recommend this dentist & now I look forward to my next visit.
This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. My 4 year old daughter Victoria felt that she is in good hands. As a family with a toddler and baby, we had such a good experience. Sophie was so patient with the children and she was really friendly and helpful, as were the other members of staff. After not going to the dentist for quite a few years, I am pleased that we've found such an efficient dental practice!
I have been coming to this dentist a while now, I am quite an anxious person who really does not like the dentist. But what can I say, Anjali Gupta is my dentist and she is by far the nicest dentist I’ve ever come across puts you at ease. She has helped me massively getting the right treatment done that was needed. Reassuring and actually care about their patients. The staff are friendly and lovely make you feel welcome. 100% recommended.
