   I’ve been with Ravat & Ray for over 5 years, and during that time most of my appointments have felt rushed, rarely lasting more than 10 minutes. Even for something as simple as a scale and polish, I often had to insist, and it would usually be split into two separate appointments. Today, however, I was seen by Dr. J. Shu — and it was a completely different experience. He is clearly passionate about his work, and I was genuinely impressed with the care and attention he put into my appointment. I won’t go into too much detail, as I fear the practice may limit his time and resources, which could undermine the passion and quality he brings to his work. Ravat & Ray, you need to retain Dr. Shu and have more dentists like him. I’m also considering aligners in the near future, and if your orthodontic practitioners approach their work with the same dedication as Dr. Shu, I would happily choose to have that treatment with you.

   I was dealt with as an emergency case as my own dentist couldn’t see me. A top class service with pleasant and helpful staff. Dealt with my troublesome tooth and provided me with details of aftercare and what to do particularly within a 24 hour period. Thanks to all, definitely recommend.

   I just want to say a big thanks to Stefan who is the best dentist I have seen in years. It's very hard to find a dentist who you can trust and Stefan is all about that. He is calm, reassuring and most important he knows what he is doing. The staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful, I had to reschedule an appointment once and they happily done it for me. Thanks a lot!

   I had a terribly painful tooth that my regular dentist said would mean an extraction or a root canal only if the tooth could be saved. I was referred to Stefan for an assessment of the tooth! He was very detailed with his advice, the prospect of saving the tooth and what the root canal involved! I was terrified of losing the tooth but the pain was relentless. What a successful outcome though! The tooth was saved, the root canal was done and it was far less of a traumatic experience than I thought it would be. The root canal was done in a day, I was offered excellent customer care with a follow up phone call and great advice on pain management. I would recommended Dr Stefan to anyone for a root canal! Total professional and put me at ease!
