    Arrived today at address to find out that there is no longer a shop. Only take on-line orders. However the very nice lady said that if we did do a on-line now she could have it ready for us in 5 minutes, while we wanted in the car. They need to update there google page and clearly state online only and remove the shop pictures from Google.

    Disappointing customer service . Really sad experience. Received a £100 gift voucher for a present which unfortunately fell outside the expiry date by the time I had an opportunity to order . Requested an extension after explaining the issue so I could purchase a starter kit. I would have been spending more money on top of the voucher in order to purchase it so would have been not just good customer service but also have benefited their sales. Unfortunately no willingness from them to help out. £100 lost for me so won’t be using the company to purchase any equipment. Seems a bit short sighted from a company who surely make more money with repeat customers selling kits and ingredients to happy customers.

    Only reason not given 5 star is that its our first time brewing wine and using Love Brewing. But I must say although not face to face (which I was apprehensive about) our emails and the information they have provided has been first class. Looking forward to shopping with them again soon and feel sure the next review could be 5 star. ps I am a huge Amazon shopper but Love Brewing was so much cheaper!!!

    I recieved my order quickly, which is where the good news stops. My order was damaged, it happens. I was told that sending out a replacement isn't worth it, as they're likely to be damaged again. Instead I was told they would offer me discount for the same value off a future order. How is that a discount? I'm being offered a discount, of an amount I have already paid for damaged goods, and can only receive this by placing another order? I don't need anything else and I made this clear from the off. I'm now in a position where I have been emailing for a refund that I'm entitled to and is fair, in a courteous manner, for a month now and all my emails have been ignored. Quick way to lose customers this. You wouldn't pay full price for damaged items in a shop and in person. Why would I in this scenario either, when I have no control over who your carrier is, or how the items are packaged. Avoid.

    This is a difficult company to deal with. They ship quick enough, but if you have a problem it is impossible to communicate with them. I have spent over a month trying to resolve an issue and they can't be contacted by phone and do not respond to emails. After months of trying I found the only way to communicate is through their web help. A response usually comes back but any reply you give doesn't get through. If you don't believe me try ringing them! Eventually I managed to get Richard to phone me and we were able to get a replacement part sent out but this took 8 weeks.

    Received items and they are good quality and at a good price. The star dropped is for missing my email request for update as they never told me they had dispatched and there is no telephone to call. Maybe if I had opened an account I could have seen for myself but i'm not sure.

    Not responding to any emails and messages on the website is not very professional. I have been waiting for my order for a month and I think I will never receive it. I do not recommend ordering from this site.

    I made a complaint about poor quality corks that were ment to be superior they were braking up when trying to use First my complaint was replied to with never had a problem with them before Then I was offered replacement which I asked to be checked before sending to be told they will be the same the cracks and softness is what makes them superior quality to which I disagreed Then I was ignored and to be honest found both these answers quite abrupt. So I wrote a review showing my displeasure in rje customer service. Next morning I had received another email from a different staff member with a much better attitude and tried to communicate a solution to the problem only for S email saying no to what I suggested and as I had written 1 star review all is on offer is another bag of the same which are total rubbish I then also got a ranting email going on about review and my reply and how he wished he could write a review about me being bad customer He then went on to accuse me of lieing on review which I reject totally I did also ask him to stop emailing me which he did after the 3 time of saying. I was not offered a refund or a alternative just bad attitude and offer of more of the same which are rubbish This man has a attitude problem and should not be dealing with customers full stop
