   I had the best experience with synergy dental, I filled in the form online and someone contacted me within 30 minutes, I sent pictures over of my teeth to WhatsApp and booked my appointment, everything was so easy and the finance application was easy and they kept me informed about everything, my whitening trays and the design of my teeth and getting me booked in, when I needed to change something about my teeth and the shade it was no problem everything was so easy and exciting

   Avoid Taken day off work. Arrived ten mins before appointment and was seen 25 mins after allotted appointment time. Was given injection to numb mouth. Was then found the the chair was no longer working and sent away. At home mouth numb for 7 hours. Told I would be contacted to arrange another appointment, call never came. 5 days later rang myself to request my deposit back, no apology on phone just told I will have it back after 28 days. Made a complaint but again no interest. Received money back after around 25 days. Shocking service, plenty of other local dentists around. Avoid this one

   I receive an excellent service with Synergy Dental. Professional, courteous and communicative. My only gripe is I was told to use Corsodyl mouthwash which, although a good product, can lead to staining of the teeth. Following treatment, when my teeth are discoloured, they do not polish my teeth which are left with brown stains - even when omitting tes/coffee and red wine from my diet.I have asked in the past if they offer a polish service which they used to do automatically.This is a hidden price rise, but more importantly it leaves me reluctant to follow their hygiene instructions in future.

   Synergy is a very busy dental clinic. The reason I believe, is because they are very good at what they do. Everyone is accommodating of dates and times for appointments. Specially when you work out of town and have to travel back etc. I’ve had to wait a few times but that’s because they are accommodating to others and emergencies, so for me, no need to go elsewhere. Use only Synergy for all Dental related issues. I’d happily recommend their services.

   In March 2021 I had a filling in front tooth and was very happy with result unfortunately it was dislodged 18 months later .On my return it was filled once more. But surely having read my past notes a capping was needed the dentist actually said it probably would not hold why did i pay £200?

   Contemplating a "free" (£25) dental assessment (rebated if you ultimately proceed with treatment) pre implants ... Only to discover, as I had expected, further costs before they will provide an actual proper quotation. A CT scan (£99) being required - even though I already have one! So, in essence, it's £124 minimum before they will give you a definite plan and price proposal. Not exactly made clear on the website, is it ...

   I needed to see an alternative dentist due to failures at my regular practice. I had issues with an extraction. I chose Burscough Synergy through recommendation and I wasn’t disappointed. Synergy Burscough are like a breath of fresh air! They are very accommodating and friendly, I was at ease the moment I walked in and was greeted at reception. I was introduced to my dentist and dental assistant on first name terms. They listened and took in everything I said. The treatment was thorough and was explained in detail. I went into the practice anxiously but left with peace of mind. I will have no concerns recommending Synergy Burscough.
