   I cannot fault the care I've recieved here. I hadn't seen a dentist for over a decade but had a bit of trouble with a broken tooth so decided to book an appointment. I ended up needing a root extraction and some fillings over the course of a couple of weeks, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Mr Webster is fantastic. He puts you at ease, ensures you are as comfortable as possible and explains everything thoroughly. The reception staff are lovely, and despite being a little nervous at first, I was immediately put at ease. Really great service!

   Highly recommend this surgery i started off a very nervous patient but after. Few visits to ainsley I found it to not be the thing I dreaded so patient and friendly. I spent years hiding my smile where I let teeth fall out rather than go dentist but now after a treatment plan I have a full smile I have my confidence back thank you to ainsley and jade and Andrew at osuestry for giving me my smile back

   My dentist is Kiran Jumbu. I have seen her a couple of times over the past few months, for various reasons. She is a very professional and considerate dentist and genuinely cares about her patients. In the past, I have absolutely hated going the dentist but having Kiran has made me feel a lot better about going. Thank you!

   Dr Sana and Nurse Olivia have been fantastic and I fully recommend having this work done on your teeth. I’m amazed at the change and how straight my teeth have gone in around nine months. With regular visits every 2 weeks to the dentist and always being there for any worries or questions you have they have been fantastic. I’m so pleased with my teeth and the cost has been very reasonable and can also be payable over ten months interest free.

   Really happy with this dentist. I was always self conscious of my teeth and it took me a lot of confidence to finally book an appointment. I have had 2 teeth removed and all my front teeth filled in, they did an amazing job! The receptionists are really friendly and assured me that there was nothing to worry about. Can't tell you how made up I am with the outcome. Would highly recommend:)

   Very dissapointed ..tried to make emergency appointment as I have another tooth absess in same tooth.. I had root canal few wks ago due to me having gum desease pain is unbearable nearest date is Dec and had to pay upfront for that consultation appointment..Really don't understand it? paid £500 few wks back.. am private patient so surely I should not have to wait and suffer in pain got a red very sore swollen gum crying in pain...Shocking how they just leave you to get on with it was told to take pain killers and phone up everyday for emergency appointment? Ended up going to another dentist they seen be right away and I was prescribed antibiotics for a severe infection in my gums went back to get my deposit back and was told I wasn't entitled to a refund but I have read your terms and conditions for cancellation and its only if you give less than 24 hours notice I was giving 9 days notice It's absolutely disgusting they way I was treated I have now registered with another reliable honest dentists ..What a horrible experience ..Never had this bother when I was with Dr Lewis been coming to this dentist for years but since my dentist took over its awful staff are rude too Never deal with you again!!

   Both my wife and myself have only just registered with our local my dentist and are really happy with the service they provided. The work was fairly priced and there was no unnecessary treatment done just a scale and polish. The staff were also friendly and informative, I would definitely recommend them

   Just want to say kindness goes a long way, I've waited some time to get into my dentist due to some unforeseen circumstances , being re scheduled a few times. Recently had a call from Joanne and she was so nice over the phone! I remembered her the next time she called very apologetic and reassured me that if emergency they will due there best to see me but had to change date again. Thank you Joanne for just being nice it's appreciated =)

Explains any problems and any treatments you may require. Including costs and how to manage them. So nothing is left for you to worry about.
