Had issues at a whetherspoons a manager at Goldengrove was so rude and said he didn't compare if I complained and no wonder he had this attitude when I was told to contact head office and they didnt take the matter serious or even care. Any other work place such behaviour would lead to warnings or even being sacked. Shame on the people who respond to emails there they have no understanding and don't even read emails properly! Poor complaint process!!!

Went The Richard John Blackler branch in Liverpool on Sunday ordered new on the menu steak & ale pudding, big mistake cut into the pudding there was 2 tiny pieces of steak no bigger than my thumb nail same in my partners and the gravy was just a lump of congealed lumpy slime, I called for the manageress who swiftly said they don't make them in house which of course I already knew that but the attitude of her was terrible no people skills at all instead of just saying she would let head office know and take it as a positive. When I asked for a refund she snatched the plates off the table and left. Won't be going there again

We arrived on Sunday morning for breakfast(10.30) to an already very busy pub Chose our table to which had not been cleaned from previous customers, food all over the floor. Ordered food and a drink for my daughter and self, they arrived within 5 minutes. However we waited well over 40 minutes for food to arrive-not one person came and apologised for our wait Eventually food arrived and was utterly disgusted with it-my daughter ordered the sausage and egg muffin(rubber egg, rock hard muffin and an extremely hot plate) My food The American Breakfast was a different kettle of fish-2 pancakes rock hard on the outer wet in the middle something that was meant to resemble bacon, rubber egg looked like a kids toy hash brown that was also rock hard a side of black pudding that was also rock hard you could of broke the plate! However upon managing to catch the attention of a staff member he said he would be over in a minute as replenishing the sauce bottles,he continued for the next ten minutes removing lids and seals, talking to a customer in between Finally came over asking what my problem was-told him about the displeasure of the food and would like a refund. He went away came back out (serving other customers with their food) Then came back over saying a refund will be given, not even looking at us whilst talking to us and was chuntering away not knowing what he had really said (no apologies given) so we just proceeded to leave Very unhappy about the complete visit from start to finish-wish we had never chosen to enter for food This public house was The Lord Rosebery in Scarborough A response from yourselves would be appreciated Thank you

I use whetherspoons in Bedford often. Great beer prices, decent food and a pretty beer garden. It was filthy. having worked for many years in hospitality, service/ kitchen supervisor/carvery. The main aim of the game is a clean environment, prompt service and a welcome. Clean tables equals bums on seats. More turnover. Today I arrived around 4 o'clock. This was the state of Whetherspoons in Bedford. Shame

Contact head office, as we had very bad experience at the electrical wizard in Morpeth. The manager Laura excuse me and my friends something disgusting which another customer had done. Had an email back, more lies has been told abot us which we are not excepting. We will be taken this further and under no circumstances will this be getting dropped. Laura's management skills is absolutely disgusting.

Access button for disabled persons assistance not working, staff using accessible toilet as their staff toilet. No toilet checks. Try to value disabled customers a bit more by fixing these issues. The accessible toilet isnβt there as a privilege. Head office will be contacted.

I know Wetherspoons Manager have the right to refuse people of the license holder for no reason fine I understand a bit. But what don,t understand Is I got mistake and identity at horley Wetherspoons I was not in watherspoon 8 oct I went to see abba in London . I got kicked out for no reason on 9 oct because I was supposedly Abusive behaviour on 8 oct which I never did as was not at the pub atll. The pink hair girl manager and chef go to manager I thought you said She was they On 8 oct which I was not atll. I was there two weeks ago in Horley Wetherspoons she never kicked me out than. They making stories up about me which I think itβs very unfair Wetherspoons got to changed their policy because itβs not fair. Disability discrimination act in 2010 as I have learning disabilities autistic and Mental Health that really damages a person and affects them. I canβt do nothing about it I canβt talk to them because theyβre refuse to listen to me and I canβt come in there or they would call the police so not worth it. And that was my nearest Wetherspoons. They for CTV footage shows them Iβm not they 8 oct. They are practically accusing me of hitting staff and the Manager and the chef I do not physically do violence of any kind I donβt believe in violence itβs wrong.

The Mary Shelley in Bournemouth. Sat outside with one of our dog's. My friend was purchasing a drink for us both , when a staff member stated rudely" dogs aren't allowed "as she was chewing gum then spat it on the floor. I politely asked why ? The staff member could not answer . I explained we were only sitting outside , to no avail . She called the manager ( no older that 20) who shouted at me again stating no dog's ..." No dogs policy you need to leave now " THEN PROCEEDED TO TAKE PHOTOS OF US. My friend by this time has purchased said drinks and brought them out side . To witness this verbally aggressive attack. My said friend burst onto tears and we left . Other patron's were disgusted at this approach from YOUR STAFF.
