   Just to say a massive thankyou to Joe and all the lovely members of staff that have made my experience amazing. Not being young it's not always easy to do these things especially suffering from TMJ. After years of discomfort the treatment has turned my life around so for anyone suffering please look into this. I thoroughly recommend rainford orthodontics for there understanding and reassurance with my constant questions. To Faye who followed my treatment throughout thankyou , so calm and understanding a pleasure. Lorraine, Alison, Joanne and the girls who assisted Joe . Thankyou very much.

   Woman on reception (blonde older lady with glasses) was nothing but rude and blunt both times me and my daughter interacted with her, no smiling and for a good period of time didn’t even acknowledge we were stood there, orthodontic team are brilliant and really lovely however the woman on reception just took away from that unfortunately.

   We have had an absolutely fantastic experience with Rainford orthodontist! My daughter has SEN needs and Mel was so lovely and adaptive when dealing with her. Putting her at ease and making the whole process feel manageable for her. Faye at reception is really accommodating with appointments and is committed to getting it right for child around school and extra curricular activities. My daughter is 13 and will get her braces off next week, she couldn't be happier!! I would recommend to anyone starting the braces journey with their child!

   My daughter Millie just had her 1st appointment with Joe here and we left very excited! Joe was really friendly and very informative. She is so excited for her treatment to start and we couldn't of wished for someone nicer to be doing it for her. All the staff were really warm and welcoming from start to finish. Very happy! :)

   The worst place we could ever have been sent to. The dentist Mr Dwyer is constantly late so you turn up on time for your appointment, after you have taken the kids out of school to be told he's running late so you can either wait or make another appointment. His attitude is all wrong for dealing with children . Having made a complaint about the way children are spoken too.The practice manager replied to the complaint by addressing it to a 14 year old child?Would not recommend this place. If you get put on the waiting list here then ask your dentist to refer you to Warrington or Wigan who both offer a better service. Perhaps being constantly late you should get up earlier and leave home in time to make your appointments.

   We paid private for my daughter’s braces, she is now 12 months after they were taken off. She has a fixed brace top and bottoms and has her retainer. Her teeth are amazing and she’s so happy with the treatment she got from the lovely staff that work at Rainford orthodontists. We have just had a new set of retainers due to her snapping one, again lovey staff and a great service.

   Attending rainford orthodontist as a private patient coming up to 2 years now. Every visit has been professional and pleasant with the orthodontist Joe, he is always enthusiastic about getting you a perfect smile. The receptionists Alison and Faye make you feel welcomed and comfortable on arrival and uplifted when leaving. I cannot thank the whole team for making a seemingly daunting experience so easy and straight forward. On top of that the flexibility and availability of appointments are consistently brilliant. The hard work must be paying off as the orthodontist has just went through a complete refurbishment that makes it look very slick and clean. It also has a new waiting room, reception area and treatment rooms. Highly recommend for anyone who wants an affordable, professional and a pleasant experience during their treatment.

   My daughter is in the middle of treatment at this practice. I have to say they are great. I am limited to the appointments I can make as my daughters school is quite a distance away and they are really flexible and helpful in arranging suitable times and dates. Everyone at the practice is pleasant and helpful and the treatment she is receiving is excellent. Special mention to Mel who is the person my daughter sees the most. She is lovely and explains everything she is doing. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
