   Had a delicious lunch on Saturday. Some of the best Indian food we’ve tasted. Lovely depth of flavours without it being too hot. Can’t wait to return to try more dishes. Portions were very generous.

   Great local pub with a friendly atmosphere. It has a wonderful weekly knit & natter group and fortnightly not too serious quiz night. Play pool and darts, happy hour drinks with 10% off or coffee & biscuits. The Jack & Jill is definitely the heart of the community ♥️

   Lovely friendly pub which is justified in calling itself a community hub. I've joined a Wednesday group and attended my first fortnightly Thursday quiz which I thoroughly enjoyed and am looking forward to the next one. Drinks are reasonably priced and a nice range of snacks. Pool/snooker table and nice clean toilets. Large screenTV too.

   How do you run a business by sending customers away? No, we did not have a booking? All the tables were reserved, however the pub inside had two tables occupied and outside was completely empty… The staff was not particularly accommodating, and out me in a completely bad mood… they could easily have served food. Rather disappointing. Bar staff could easily have served us instead of chatting away to another.
