   We used to adore this pub because the food was sensational. We went the other night thinking we picked the pub with the best food and it was terrible. Their menu is now pub grub (in comparison to the pork belly and Camembert we’ve had before) but the chips were bad, the burgers were very ordinary and I just wouldn’t come back I’m afraid. They have sport playing so if you like watching sport or going for a drink to catch up then it’s fine but it is no longer the establishment we used to love.

   Absolutely dreadful experience here last night. My friend had booked a space for her birthday and upon arrival, we were told to go to the mezzanine. After half an hour there, another party turned up to the space, saying they’d booked it. When we spoke to management about this, they were horrifically rude telling my friend it wasn’t her problem that they had double booked it and near enough laughing at her (a bizarre response to the situation). The utter insolence and unwillingness to help has honestly astounded me. We happily would’ve taken a table anywhere or even just accepted an apology for the mix up yet Lara and the team treated us like a complete inconvenience. The drama continued later into the night when the bouncers were told by management to remove us all from the space we settled into about an hour later. Again, instead of using basic communication skills, this member of staff was dismissive and, instead of having a conversation to try and resolve whatever problem they had now, stormed off insisting the bouncers get rid of us again. Beyond strange when we were sitting there making no fuss and spending money. I wouldn’t usually leave a review but the way we were treated was shocking - worst customer service I’ve ever seen and upsetting for my friend on her birthday. First time at this pub and certainly the last.

   Good, solid pub grub – keeping it simple with a focus on ribs, wings, and burgers. Lovely airy venue right next to Earlsfield station, with a choice of intimate booths or more open seating. We had the ribs (very good), plus the tacos and wings. Great, attentive staff with quick and friendly service throughout. Dogs are welcome, but not in the booth area. They used to serve one of the best Sunday lunches locally, so it’s a real shame they’ve stopped offering it. On the plus side, there’s late-night live music at weekends, with a 2am finish on Fridays and Saturdays.

   We had a fantastic meal at The Earlsfield on a busy Friday night! The atmosphere was electric - a fun mix of people enjoying drinks and catching up, with the rumble of trains overhead adding a quirky touch. Even at 7pm, we were surprised to be seated right away - big thumbs up to the staff for their efficiency! Speaking of staff, our server definitely deserves a mention. A larger gentleman with a great sense of humor, he made our whole experience even more enjoyable. Service itself was quick and friendly - drinks arrived promptly and the food came out exactly as expected. Now, onto the food! Portions were seriously generous - perfect for those with a healthy appetite. The peri peri half-chicken was massive and beautifully cooked, with just the right amount of spice. The beef shin pie was a unique and delicious twist, with a perfectly flaky crust and creamy mashed potato topping. But the real star of the show was the beef shin mac and cheese - a must-try for cheese lovers! Imagine the rich, flavorful filling of the pie nestled on a bed of creamy mac and cheese - absolute comfort food heaven. Everything tasted amazing, but the portions were so big we ended up taking some home. Great value for money too - at £45 per person for two drinks, a starter, sides, and a main course, you definitely get your money's worth

   A decent roast: generous portion of meat and a great Yorkshire pudding but the roast potatoes weren't amazing and the parsnip was still a bit hard (which I was expecting given the £20 price tag!). Service was very slow but waiters were very apologetic and friendly despite this!

   We visited a lot of times as it was one of our locals, Food is great. Service is friendly. Sunday roast is super super yummy ( best i the area for me) Quick for drinks. I never go at night here so dont know how it is, but for food is very very good.

   Visited here with friends, upon entry was greeted and directed to our reserved seating area which was pleasant. Good atmosphere, the food was good and the cocktails were ok. The service was definitely indifferent and whilst I understand it was very busy at the time of visit, the delivery of our meals was a sink. The waiting staffs were mostly friendly and welcoming but I must say the place is nicely laid out and the lighting is good too. 4☆ because the issue was only was with the meal delivery and how it was handled my management (borderline 3☆). I'd recommend you see foe yourself as I hope it was a one off. Overall I did have a good time.

   We came on a Sunday that wasn’t busy at all. There was a lady (the manager?) who just completely ignored us and continued to stare at the computer screen when we were clearly waiting to be seated. After a few minutes I asked her if she could help us and she was very rude and said someone else will come later. She should have acknowledged us in the first place and let us know that someone else will help us. The roast was ok but the meal was just ruined from the beginning.

   Beautiful cosy pub located right next to the station - ideal for a lovely meal and football! The steak was succulent and chips were super crispy, would highly recommend!
