Great pub for beer after work in central london . Decent choice of ale and lager . Wine list not so good !Food is basic pub food ( baguette pie chips etc ), but I really love the place .

Rude waitress telling her guests how a pub works, uncalled of course. Not a way to treat customers. To keep small businesses open (at least under this flag, you are asking for cash payments instead of card), you will need to stand out in a positive way instead of telling your customers how to order.

It's Tuesday, 2:30pm, and the pub is busy, but not in a good way if you want a quiet spot to rest/ recharge for a bit. Staff seemed a tad more interested talking to one another than serving the customers too, I was waiting to pay, while another was waiting for attention at the other end of the bar.

Lovely little pub where you can actually hear the conversation at your table; a great find on a Sunday afternoon. Very pleasant staff, amiable punters and a decent-looking menu. We didn’t have any of food but the wine was good.

Nice small traditional pub tucked just off Piccadilly. Prices seemed reasonable for the area with a beer, wine and crisps coming to under £16. Was quiet when I popped in on a bank holiday Monday afternoon, down to there being no music on and a hushed atmosphere. It was nice and peaceful though. A mixed crowd of locals and American tourists. Everyone seemed pleasant.

Small old fashioned pub near to Piccadilly. Nice staff with a real old boozer feel. Can be a bit cramped when busy but has nice atmosphere. The Christmas decorations were amazing adding to the character of the place. Reasonable prices for Mayfair Piccadilly. Food is also very good. One TV usually showing the racing. Also has outside seating for when weather is nice.

Thursday lunchtime and the Sunday Roast is on! Well done. The Chequers in St James's is a great fun experience. The bar staff are lovely efficient and friendly. A great place for a drink and a Sunday lunch, any day of the week. Beer is good and cold. Casks for those that like warmer beer. All good and great to have a Roast on a Thursday! Beef, chicken and pork on offer. Well done to all involved.
