I missed one appointment so they are cancelling treatments after already taking money in full very dodgey practises avoid at all costs
Dr Phil Meldrum is such a wonderful dentist I can’t rate him enough. He is always so happy and friendly which immediately puts you at ease when arriving. He explains the treatment all the way through and makes a not so nice treatment into a pain free comfortable (as it can be) experience. I dread and fear the dentist but he always makes the appointments bearable and pleasant thank you for being such a fantastic dentist.
Excellent service today from Dr Meldrum and nurse. I was absolutely petrified after watching videos online, and they made me at ease. Procedure was almost painless, and it was the fear itself that was the worst part. Thank you team for being so kind.
