    After the sofology "expert" was shown a diagram of my lounge and he ordered the one we wanted on the iPad. Fast forward 6 weeks where I had to call them to find out if sofa was ready for delivery, to find out it was, I did ask why I was calling them and not the other way around?? Booked delivery only for it to arrive and be the wrong one for my lounge as the "expert" had ordered one that wouldn't fit the layout of my lounge!!! It has been over 2 weeks and I have called everyday only to be told they will email head office and head office will get back to me. I have heard nothing. A complete joke. I am only waiting for them to contact me in order to get my deposit back. I would not recommend sofology to anyone ever in my entire life, even my worst enemy! We are a family of 7 with no sofa in lounge as I got rid of old one the day before delivery!!!

    I’m giving this rating mainly because of the store manager, Neal, he was absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful. The in-store team were all fantastic, friendly, and couldn’t do enough for us. Unfortunately, the customer care team over the phone really let the experience down. Our sofa was delayed by three weeks, and when it finally arrived, it was missing the seat gliders that help move it. My husband called customer service, and they said the parts would be sent within a week, that was three weeks ago. I’ve seen a lot of other negative reviews about their customer service, and I have to agree, it’s really poor. It’s quite ironic that they’re next door to Wren, whose customer service is absolutely diabolical, not to mention their kitchens. Seems to be something in the air around there! Such a shame, because the staff in this branch are genuinely brilliant and a credit to the company.

    The worst experience I’ve had in the UK We selected a sofa from 14-day fast delivery options, but it arrived after 3 weeks β€” and the items were incomplete. On top of that, they trap you with a β€œno cancellation policy” from the very beginning, which is completely unusual in the UK. Overall, an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.

    We went into store to buy 2 sofas today, we spoke with 2 very helpful staff members however when we came to pay another member of staff intervened who was very pushy and rude regarding the extras. As such we have gone elsewhere. This member of staff let the store down with his attitude. Wouldn't recommend and won't be going back.

    We went to Sofology this morning to look at sofas we'd seen online. Leon helped us with all our questions and explained everything we needed to know. He was very professional, friendly and helpful. Not in the slightest was he pushy. Our experience here was excellent. Thank you Leon.

    Very Daunting Experience!! This company never picks up the phone!!! I placed an order and although I have the funds to pay I decided to go for the interest free option. I have 100% credit rating however as the information was entered incorrectly my proposal was then referred to the underwriters.They stated that I would have to be re proposed to which I do not have time to go back and forth to the shop!! I have telephoned now on x 5 occasions to resolve this matter. When you do finally get through I am promised a call back. 4 days later still no contact!!!!!

    I would fully recommend you go elsewhere. We have had the worst experience ever. We was told we would receive our sofa within 6 weeks 12 weeks later and we are still waiting. The customer service is a disgrace if I want a refund they want to take 40% from me. Hello….your the ones that can’t produce the goods in time!!! Stay away do not buy from Sofology unless you want a long wait!!!

    The staff were very helpful. We knew what sofa we wanted straight away but the staff were more than happy to explain the finances and costs etc.

    Such a Bad experience, Anything lower that 1 star!! Disgusting!! Bought a rug and wanted to return next day, advised this is not returnable and refundable while there was no confirmation was made at the point of sale. Spoke to the store manager Tom over the phone and he said he heard that I have been advised about non-refundable policy while I purchased a sofa last month, so he assumed, I am aware of the policy and not required to made me aware about the policy again. But actually, I have been advised last time that if I cancel my order, I will lose 40% and can make changes on my order within 48 hours. I never been made aware that they have non-refundable policy. I asked him to send me an email to confirm this in writing, he promised he will do however guess what. I had to go to the store for that and he sent me an email with full of lie - saying I have been made aware about the non-refundable policy at the time of sale. unbelievable!! Store manager lied for a small purchase!!! such a shame. When I asked him to clarify that he said his colleague mentioned to me not him about the policy and he is not prepared to waste any time about this matter. He threatened me to band from this store. How dare!!! How rubbish!! how abusive!!! not end here. Bought a footstool from the store which was missing at the point of collection. wasted money on courier. customer service was disgusting. guy at the floor was keep telling me what he cannot do. never said anything he can do to help the pick-up the order. Very good service prior to pay, once paid call centre is busy for an hour to answer the call, store have no one to pick up the phone. no more, enough is enough. Such a bunch of dishonest people. Avoid them at all times.

    Don't waste your time. We set out on Sunday to buy a Radley sofa set and the staff looked through us as if we weren't even there. After 15-20 mins of walking around we found the sofa range we were looking for but I don't think the company needs the money as the staff inside certainly aren't interested in checking in with you. I could have been in there for the whole day and I think the staff would have still dodged us. I had better service from the company around the corner. For a premium brand company it's very very disappointing.
