   Disgraceful! I’ve personally been with this practice since Moss Lane over 35 years! I need dentures now and I’m told at my last visit there is one! NHS dentist and I have to wait 4 weeks while she is on holiday! So my next appointment from July is September! DISGUSTING!! They also sent a letter to why I missed an appointment! LOOK AT THE FORM!! I’ve got Bad mental health and a real fear of Dentist! Made worse by this practice.

   I've been going to this dentist for years and always had a positive outcome from here. My dentist Anthony is always pleasant and explains my treatments procedures each time which puts me at ease. He listens to any questions that I may have and is very patient with me. Thank you to Anthony and to his dental assistants for their professionalism, their patience and kindness, and for the excellent work they have done for me. I feel rest assured that I have a trusted dentist that can look after me in the future.

   Best treatment I’ve ever had!! I was always worried about going the dentist, even last year I was let down and told I had to go private to get the work done. As money is an issue I had to leave myself in pain for another 18 months before I got the courage to try again. I got in touch with Anthony and he was everything I needed in a dentist. Kind, patient and understanding. He talked me through all his ideas and listened to mine, which was important because it made me know he actually cared about what I wanted. The service and value for money I got was incredible. 2 pallets, 1 white filling and an extraction were great but the hygienist he sent me to was amazing too. My teeth have never felt better. I’ve just left the surgery after my final appointment. I’m so happy with everything Anthony has done for me. Even as I was leaving he gave me a lovely talk about ways to go forward from here. He truly is a kindhearted, dedicated and amazing dentist. Big shoutout to his lovely assistants too. Their friendly and happy welcome made me feel at ease on every visit. Thank you to all at the survey. You’ve taken away all my worries about going the dentist and made me actually look forward to my next visit.

   I recently attended this practice. From the moment I entered the receptionists were extremely friendly and polite. My appointment was with Anthony I had a filling which was administered extremely gently and professionally I didn't feel a thing. The Dental nurses in the room were also friendly. I thoughly recommend Anthony if you are of a nervous disposition he will soon put you at ease.

   Avoid this dentist at all cost! Caused me more dental issues, they do not prescribe antibiotics when needed! And refuse to amend work that they have done if anything breaks or happens to it! They will tell you to pay private, despite Causing the damage! Am about to do a complaint to see where that gets me but based of other honest reviews i think am best to go elsewhere….NO DISABLED ACESS also, better be thin to get up them stairs to your appointment, very narrow and steep steps! very cramped and it’s that small the people all stuffed into the mini seating area can hear everything that’s going on, no privacy whatsoever. No care what so ever. Will be going to a solicitor if my issues aren’t resolved at my next appointment. Been here 8 years now! The practice I used to attend was closed down! Without letting patients knowing, I was unable to get an appointment for 7 months!

   Awful new manager needs some training on how to speak to people respectfully! Been in this practice 25years plus always with same dentist. Now different dentist every few months What does that say!!! And not one of them really interested just on autopilot! Absolutely Awful NHS treatment No duty of care at all!!

   Best dentist about! I can smile now! Seriously hate going to the dentist but I've never had such a great experience and such careing dentists. Emily and Bradlee are fantastic really put me at ease while getting the job done effeciently. I was very nervous but now Very gratefull ! Thank you

   Do not go here. Terrible service very unprofessional. They do not respond to complaints. Feels like a small cheap money spinner. Hemir the dentist is more interested in trying to flirt with his young assistants and make them laugh. You cant ask him a simple question. I had to ask for antibiotics, then he got annoyed and gave me the decision " do you want them" I'm not qualified to prescribe medication but I said yes and he angrily wrote out a prescription. Also I heard him telling another dentist to " charge her double it's her own fault" about another patient. Very unprofessional felt like backstreet garage.

   Best dentist I've been to yet and won't go anywhere else. After having a bad expirience trying to get a veneer to stay I joined this dentist who done a check up, got the molds and fitted the veneer with just two appointments! Staff are all lovely and helpful
