   Really not happy, been chasing my order for weeks. Given false promises it was being sent a week later still not here. Tried messaging through Facebook and being ignored. Tried chasing on the phone all I get it answer machines. When I did get to speak to someone last Saturday he promised he'd sort it and still nothing. I don't normally write reviews or complain but as I'm getting no responce I thought this may get your attention.

   Broke my vape tank on holiday near Matlock and didn't have a spare so called and asked if they'd have a replacement tank and drove over to get one. Katie who was working in the shop, and answered the phone, was very friendly and enthusiastic and easily found a suitable tank to fit my vape pen (in a matching colour as well!). Also, the air con in the shop felt magical on a 30°C+ day!
