Love the beer selection and the tacos. I’ve always rated this pub and the previous owners, so this was big boots for the new owners to fill but I believe they have done it. The pub was never busy before, and I don’t believe it needed to be be but it is nice to see a big pub with more people in it. I think the biggest draw, is the pub now sells food. There are a lot more couples and families here now and it’s great to see. I think the beer and tacos are great and the atmosphere is nice and chilled.

We came to the Foresters Arms on Sunday the 2nd hoping for a nice meal, but we were incredibly let down by the food. It was honestly pretty awful. I ordered the Thai green shrimp , which was a huge mistake. It was watery, had almost no flavour, and you could barely call it "Thai green" anything. The shrimp were few and far between and tasted frozen and tough. My partner had the chip shop haddock, and it wasn't any better. The batter was thick and soggy with grease, and the fish inside was completely overcooked and dry. The service was decent, but the food was a real letdown for what we paid. To make matters worse, the chef walked past out table and we noticed he had a strong smell of body odour, like he really needed a shower. Such a shame as we live local and wanted to like this place so much but the food was such a let down we won't be back.

Forest Hill seems to be stripped of its culture and heritage in favor of poorly executed craft beer and bland food that nobody asked for. It's a shame what's happened to All in One; it used to be the best pub in South London, upholding real values. However, since Fauna Brewery took over, the pub has lost its old-fashioned charm—something I doubt someone from the owner's background would truly appreciate. I just don’t think the concept of this pub is hitting the right demographic. Myself and all the other regulars have been coming to this special pub for years and years and we appreciated how the old owners didn’t take life so seriously and how easy going and relaxing everything was. Up there with everything I dislike with what’s changed the music never matches the atmosphere! It’s a family pub why are you playing heavy bass music on a Sunday afternoon! You can’t successfully run a pub without respecting local community and cultures! As for the offerings, Cheetah Lager tastes decent, but the food is bland and flavorless. Everything on the menu could do with more seasoning and more personality to the recipes! We ordered 6 tacos and the Elote Cup which left our stomachs upset for the rest of the day, not sure what’s going on in the kitchen that’s resulting in people feeling ill afterwards. The beer line is always faulty so never head in expecting a beer as you’ll see the staff struggling with the gas taps. It is disappointing that this pub can't be what it once was—something it excelled at. If you’re looking for an easy , and cheap, evening in Forest Hill, the sylvan post and the signal are still amazing and haven’t sold out!

Gem of a pub, great value pints 5-7. Family friendly, lots of small kids in the beer garden. Food was decent for a snack-y meal. Would have loved something to entertain the kids like a small playground or something, but otherwise grand! Recommended.

Had an impromptu wedding celebration with a few friends, staff were very accommodating and had plenty of space for our group!

Julia and Richard’s very warm welcome was really appreciated. The room is immaculately clean and the bed is huge and comfortable. Despite being conveniently close to the railway station, the double glazing means the exterior sound is very faint. Parking is easy and everything works. We will be back!

We love this pub. A group of us meet here every month. So friendly, great range of beers and snacks. Highly recommend. Now also with great outside area.

We spent new year's eve here after a meal out and really enjoyed ourselves. The place has a nice and calm atmosphere but still had a buzz to it. There's also a separate space at the back - great for groups or birthdays. Music always good too. Overall, a great pub that deserves more custom. PS website says pub no longer serves food so suggest the landlord updates the google write up which mentions dining to avoid disappointment!
