   On entering the store Natalie gave us a warm welcome and offered help finding my father a new mattress. After doing the bed test Natalie showed my father his options, she was extremely helpful and caring in finding the best product for his needs as he is 89 years young, Natalie completed her task with ease and father placed an order. Well done for a fabulous service just has to be 5 stars all the way

   Received a very warm welcome at the Shirley Solihull store. Staff were attentive without being over-bearing, allowing me to mooch until I was ready to talk business! Bridie was particularly helpful, holding up wallpaper so I could get the exact match I needed to go with my decor. Bridie also showed me how to best close the ottoman bed I'd opted for to ensure less risk of hurting my back. I was also offered a hot drink twice on my visit to this store and compared to other retailers thought their products were good value for money. Thank you for your all your help.

   Excellent no pressure service today, we were greeted as we went in and after lying on the clever gadget to help find the best bed, we actually chose a different bed to the suggested but went away to think about it. We returned later in the day and checked our choice and finalised the order. Love the no pressure service, drinks on offer whilst browsing, friendly staff. Thank you… looking forward to a good night sleep soon…

   Very friendly service from Bridie. She greeted us as soon as we entered and made us feel very comfortable. She offered us drinks and listened carefully to what we were wanting. We were given pillows while we were trying the mattress and were even given the sleep match experience to find the right mattress for us. Fabulous service, thank you.

   Awful quality after 18 months, the whole bed collapsed! I strongly recommend not to use this company for beds the worst quality beds I have ever come across and vastly overpriced. 0/10

   Great unobtrusive service with a good selection of beds, mattresses and pillows. A special 3D evaluation of your needs to show you what type of mattress suits you best. Quick delivery times, zero interest plans and they'll take your old mattress away. Lauren was particularly helpful. Highly recommended.

   I was greeted by friendly workers who offered me drinks etc, i used the sleep match which helped me choose my mattress and i chose one that was way better than the one i initially thought of. they gave me a pillow to try out and offered me pillows and duvets if i needed them to buy. overall an amazing experience thanks to Bridie, very happy :)
