   Constant harassment. I didn’t want a call, I just wanted a quote, I have had about 9 calls now in two days. I’ve explained I didn’t want a call but now it’s harassment from them, please people do not use them, they do not listen. Absolutely awful company.

   I requested a simple quote from a comparison website, and immediately I received a call that lasted an entire hour. All I wanted was a straightforward quote via e-mail. During the call, I told the representative that I would take some time to consider their offer until mid-December (and it is not even December yet). Since then, I have been receiving multiple calls EVERY SINGLE DAY, marked as “Likely Nuisance”, and even from another number based in Manchester. I have also received several emails. Today, I just exploded and shouted on the phone. This behaviour is borderline harassment, and I would never trust a company that operates with such aggressive sales tactics. I also read on TrustPilot that they have a “surprise” cancellation policy, which was never mentioned to me during the one-hour call. Harassment is not a good way to encourage potential customers.

   Recently spoke to Timothy Holt after receiving an email from these guys a couple of days before. They review policies every 4 years and so with this in mind we went over all aspects of our life cover and critical illness cover. Very comprehensive, though it does take some time, but with it being an important thing I was happy to do this. I am happy with the service I received and am happy that the cover we have is more than sufficient for another 4 years, at least until the next review! Policies remain with L&G with more critical illness cover now in place and a better aligned mortgage cover policy. Thanks

   Thato ran me through an extensive check list of questions in a process which ended in me getting a quote every bit as competitive as those I had obtained online. He was extremely polite and forbearing of my peculiar sense of humour, didn't rush me at all and made it clear I still can cancel the policy should I feel it doesn't meet my needs.I happily recommend them and am sure I have a product that meets my needs.

   The person l spoke to was extremely knowledgeable about the subject of personal insurance and l felt he guided me to the most appropriate policy for my needs. He was very polite and appeared to listen to what l had to say. He was not "pushy" and took his time to fully establish my insurance needs. The prices of the policies he spoke about were competative and had good returns. All in all a pleasant, unhurried experience.
