We called planet earth and spoke to a helpful gentleman called Ken who offered to refund the full cost of the policy with just a £25.00 fee. Its so reassuring to be able to talk to someone who knows the policy inside out, a refund was processed immediately. As the travel agent cancelled our holiday they have broken the travel package regulations and have a obligation to give us a full cash refund.”
