   I phoned the Walsall Wood shop on Monday, Roger came out on Tuesday to measure carpet for stairs and landing. He had everything in his van including samples. Very pleasant man, even helped me choose the correct colour. I needed a super quick turnaround and asked for it to be fitted on Friday, and it was! Fitters were great too. Very reasonably priced and looks good quality. A ten year guarantee too, very happy - thanks everyone. 100% recommend.

   Excellent customer service by Tom at Walsall Wood. We had to rearrange the fitting day and he was very accomodating. Lounge stairs and landing fitted by 2 sets of fitters, very happy with the quality of the carpet and standard of work. I priced the carpet in several shops and GEM were by far the cheapest.

   Went in today and the guy working there was shocking, I showed him a couple of pictures and asked if he could match these basically told me to look myself. Then went to look at my measurements he still couldn't be bothered and to top it off what they quoted me a month ago now was over £200 higher will not be using Gem carpets your employees need some training in customer service.

   We ordered 4 bedroom carpets with Gem this week. We haven't had them fitted yet but the sales side of it was great. Never used them before but will definitely use them again. Young man at the sales desk was very friendly and very helpful
