   Amazing dental service- I attended Prestatyn. The reception team are wonderful and provided reassurance and answered all questions I had. I have dental phobia but Jack and the dental nurse were patient with me, friendly, explained each step of my filling and clean. They ensured that I was comfortable and not worried during my check up and procedure. Cannot recommend them enough!

   I’m really pleased with the care I received at this clinic. I had an emergency and even though I wasn’t registered with them at the time, the team went out of their way to help me. Katie on reception was absolutely lovely and amazing, she did everything possible to get me seen quickly and managed to fit me in for an emergency appointment the same day. I was seen by Ben, one of the dentists, who was fantastic. He was very gentle, knowledgeable, and resolved my issue in no time at all. I felt completely at ease throughout. Of course, being a private clinic the costs are not the same as the NHS, but I can honestly say it was worth every penny for the speed, professionalism, and level of care I received. I’m now registered here and very grateful to Katie, Ben, and the whole team for turning things around so quickly and looking after me at such short notice.

   I cannot speak highly enough of this dental practice from the friendly, relaxed atmosphere to the kindness and care I was shown. I am, like many, a very nervous patient but my experiences have been so positive that I’m much less anxious about future visits. Ben is brilliant in regards to care, information and ultimately putting you at ease and I cannot thank him enough for helping me get back on the mend. Big thank you to you all.

   1st visit to Primo. Very detailed info taken re my teeth, photos taken, dentist, Hannah, went through current state of teeth and dentures and advised what treatment was necessary. Went through various options of whether plan was applicable or not. Follow up treatment discussed. A thoroughly pleasant experience and facilities were excellent. Thank you
