I highly recommend this Dentist. I am having continuing treatment with Cyprian. I have found the service excellent and all the staff put you at ease from the start. I’m quite nervous at dentists but not at this one.
I saw Dr Jake bennett for a filling, he made me feel at ease as I’m usually very nervous going to the dentist. He and his nurse Narella were very professional and provided brilliant care.
After being petrified my entire life of the dentist I actually look forward to my appointment's. Dr Jake Bennet is outstanding at his job, he has a calming nature about himself an makes you feel very comfortable an relaxed. Couldn't recommend a Dentist and practice more, I've been given my smile back.
Great dentist nice and friendly, good advice and seen to almost immediately, . Jake was very efficient and helpful and my tooth extraction went as smoothly as one could . Happy to go back there.
Great experience at my check-up today with Jake. As a very nervous patient, both he and his dental nurse really put me at ease and turned what is usually an anxious appointment into a surprisingly relaxing one.
Took me off their list cos I hadn't had an appointment for 2 years although my last one was obviously cancelled as it was in lockdown. Can mysteriously fit me in for a scale and polish if I pay private for it tho!
Customer service second-to-none! Prices are reasonable and treatments are well-tailored to each patient. The staff, including the receptionists, are excellent and will ensure you get an appointment as soon as possible. I fully recommend this dentist!
I've had the pleasure of Dr. Spencer Douglas's care for a handful of different treatments after years of ignoring my oral hygiene; I was anxious about the various work required, and having autism and generalised anxiety disorder made it all the more frightening! However, he was marvellously kind to me, giving me warning about any loud sounds or procedures that might make me uncomfortable, and told me I'd be able to take a break when needed any time--which, thanks to his forethought, hasn't been needed yet! He and his assistant are both easy very approachable, and explain things very thoroughly to me as to any further work needed. I definitely feel like I'm in very good hands, and it's made this process of getting my teeth back up to scratch feel very comfortable indeed. Thanks a bunch!
If you haven't been to the dentist in 2 years you are not classed as a patient anymore. Yes I had not been as my last appointment was cancelled by them and when I rang to reschedule I was very rudely told to go away and I would receive a letter from them with a new appointment. I never received one. So I was removed from their list, no warning from them. I never had any problems with the Queensferry branch and I was with them for years.
Glad to be in such a good dental practice. The staff are All lovely, very friendly and efficient. I recently had a broken tooth rebuilt. It was a fast pain free experience and my dentist is great. A highly recommended practice.
