   I visited over 2 days with my mom and dad and the service was excellent, above and beyond expected. Justin assisted on both visits and he took his time gave good advice and made my parents feel very comfortable , Steven also helped on 2nd visit and was also helpfull. The customer service is outstanding.

   I took my friend here today as she needed a good chair for her hip problem. The furniture here is really comfortable. She was given lots of helpful advice by Fiona and the atmosphere was very relaxed. Good ethical company too

   3 years since visiting. I recall them being very friendly and accommodating, my mom tried several chairs. We were given lots of sale options. However we chose not to buy from them as mom felt the prices were high. On hindsight she said she should have gone back to get her chair from them instead of the place in Kings Heath on York Road. You get what you pay for.!?

1. Birmingham Close up ★☆☆☆☆

   Be warned. You can save £100 on this chair, by going on line, to H.S.L. sight. But they won't tell you, apparently it is your responsibility. Zoom in on the photo, you will see it is £1521, apparently not, it is £1600, he said, they went up 2 months ago, they have not had time to change the prices. I will leave you to draw your own conclusions. I'm pretty sure, I know what they would be.
