   We ordered a sofa from RJ Sofas and we are extremely happy with it. The quality is outstanding. A special thank you goes to the salesman who looked after us, Chalang (I hope I've spelled he's name correctly). His customer service was 10 out of 10 - he was very patient, friendly, and truly understood our needs. He took the time to explain everything clearly and even offered us some lovely freebies, which was really nice. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish.    Just wanted to give an honest opinion on the service and the quality of the sofas from RJ Sofas. I initially saw there products on Tiktok and liked what I saw. Being from a direct sales background myself, I always like to meet people buying or selling a product. This is important to me, as it gives a true refelection on the quality of the product and the people providing it. I happened to be in the Midlands area, and decided to visit the showroom. I walked in and I was overwhelmed by the range and quality. Then I was greeted by Deriya (I hope I spelt her name right), she was extremely helpful - giving ideas and options for the sofas and very precise with delivery options, turnaround time and costings. Honestly I was even more overwhelmed and excited I could not make a decision. There was no pressure to buy, I requested some further info and said to Deriya, that I would make an order after discussing the options with my family. She was very understanding. Within a week, we placed the order and true to their word, sofas arrived. Delivered by one of their very own delivery man, who took great care in getting the sofas into the house and completing the installation of legs and supports. We are very pleased with your service, thankyou so much and we hope to reccomend you to many of our friends and family. We also hope to do more business in the near future

   We received our beautiful set from RJ sofas, we ordered corner sofa, table and single chair, everything is as we dream, high quality and beautiful color of the fabric, the sofa is incredibly comfortable and the table is really top quality. All those people who working there, they are so respectful, friendly and helpful, specially Daria who is helping to choose everything for us was so lovely and she really try her best for us. The delivery drivers are also so helpful and really very gentle with all those furniture to bring them in and fit it together. Thank you very much for all of you.

   I was looking many places for a home sofa, but I was never satisfied with the quality or I couldn't get the measurements i needed. But at RJ sofa I got everything i needed, both measurements and quality. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone else. At least give it a visit if you are in any doubt. But i am 100% satisfied.
