   It was good how the general public was told it was closing as we arrive for the birthday party so it resulted in a block where only birthday parties could be there (I would guess about 5-6 parties?). Overall really clean and tidy for a soft play in a decent location but a bit of a walk from the carpark. Food and drink was nothing special but for a kits party it was okay. Staff nice enough and friendly. Would be happy hosting another party here in the future

   Snakes and Ladders is a great place for kids to have fun and burn off energy! The indoor and outdoor play areas, the staff are friendly and attentive, making sure the kids are happy and safe. My little ones loved the play structures, ball pits, and activities. It's a perfect spot for birthday parties or just a rainy day playdate. Highly recommend!

For parents, there are comfortable seating areas where you can keep an eye on the kids while relaxing. The café within the play centre offers a selection of healthy snacks, meals, and beverages, making it convenient for families to enjoy a meal without having to leave the venue. Also, operating a buzzer system notifying you once your food is ready to pick up. Safety is a top priority at Snakes and Ladders, with regular cleaning and maintenance of the play equipment (closing for a deep clean at times of the day). Staff members are always on hand to assist and ensure that children are playing safely. Moreover, the location at Syon Park adds an extra layer of appeal. After a fun-filled session of play, families can explore the beautiful park grounds, which include gardens, walking paths, and picnic areas, making it a perfect day out. Overall, Snakes and Ladders is more than just a play area; it’s a complete family experience that combines fun, safety, and convenience in a beautiful setting. Whether you're looking for a place to celebrate a birthday or just a fun outing, it’s definitely worth a visit!

   One of children's favourite indoor playgrounds. There are also an outdoor playground, and a football pitch. There are 5 party rooms with different theme/interior design. There's a cafe there. If you book a party for 2 hours, the kids will play for 1.5 hours, and then the last 30 minutes they'll gather in the party room to eat, and blow the candle. If you come by public transportation, it's better to stop at Brent Lea Bus Stop, not Syon Park Bus Stop. The direction from the google maps wasn't accurate so we had to ask some people where the place it. Toilets for customers are available.

   Really good place for kids to spend time and play. 2 hours will go very fast for the kids. Haven't tried the cafe. Facilities are all clean. Anything beyond paly area you have to pay for any additional rides. Looking to go in summer for outdoor play area.

   A good place to take your kids in the West part of London, it has a big indoor play area with amazing facilities. It has two prices peak and off peak hours. Prices also varied on the age of kids too. Need to take ticket for parents as well. So much to explore and soft play especially for toddlers. There's a small play area for babies as well. The outdoors have good facilities with sand, bouncy inflatable pillow, football area, pirate ship, swings and slides. Some items have to be paid to play. Kids toilets are available as well which is pretty made for kids for their heights. The staff is nice and helpful. It has a cafe too which serves a variety of dishes. The cafe staff are a little ignorant, please keep up. They don't allow outside foods which is standard everywhere. Overall the play area is neat, tidy and proper for kids.

   Amazing inside facilities with one of biggest indoor play areas i have seen! So much to explore for the young ones and ones young at heart. They also have electric bikes, building blocks and little shops to explore.also has a large outdoor playground which was very well equip! Had a great time and will return if in the area!

   Good place to take your kids for a day. Has a place for some quick food & ice creams. Ample parking space. Provides party packages to celebrate birthdays which includes a days play for a kid with 1 Adult & food.
