From the off, we were impressed with our dealings with this company. The initial contact was warm & sincere, yet business like. Further down the line, all estimated quotes and possible timings were timely in response - and the key for us was - no hard sell, just friendly, honest advice. On going to the sales room, a warm, friendly reception was encountered - all queries answered succinctly and honestly. So to the agreed solution of a Pergola - the delivery from Morvelle was at the agreed time with very friendly pleasant staff. Three days later, Dan & Andy from Pegasus arrived to install our Pergola. Two nicer people you couldn’t have asked for to do the job. Polite, incredibly hard working and pleasant to have around for two days. We fully recommend The Gallery should you be thinking of an outside solution for your home.
