   Very quick service. Got my scrappage certificate straight away. Money in my account the next morning. I think a lot of people are scrapping due to ULEZ to get the grant and forgetting the scrap value of their vehicle. I called around and these guys gave me the best price (by a mile!). £383 for my old Transit, RESULT!!

   Maybe I just got lucky but I phoned about a oil filler cap for my car. They took about 2 minutes to confirm they had one and reserved it for me. It's exactly right and only cost me a tenner. I'd use them again.

   I booked a scrap collection and had to wait over a week for them to be available however this wasn't the problem. On the day of collection they missed called me a couple times both at 8:14 and then canceled my collection. I rang them to ask what was happening and I got lied to to saying I'd been told me they would call on the morning and I'd have to answer because they aren't going to send a driver out for nothing when actually I was originally told to call them once the driver arrived. Very rude tone when speaking with me implying it was my own fault but when I rang motorwise who provided the quote they confirmed I was right. I assume that they had jobs of more interest to them and without justification took the opportunity to cancel mine being worried about "wasting their time" but no concern for wasting mine. Just to clarify if I had missed the collection I would have been charged as per terms and conditions anyway so that automatically invalidates their reason of not wanting to send a driver out for nothing. Unfortunately accepting their higher quote has cost me.

   Not sure why it’s rated so low. Been struggling to sell the car, came across their site, was offered more than what people wanted to buy for.. call made on a Tuesday and car collected on Saturday. Awaiting payment (only because I didn’t realise I had to call them up to confirm my details) and now payment will be arriving tomorrow. Great customer service and will certainly be using them again if I need to!

   Worst Experience EVER. Rude staff, unpleasant persons there. I called them around 2pm asking about headrest for my car. Person on the phone told me they have it. I have called again, after 20 minutes to let them know i am coming to collect and will be there before they close (5pm). Guy on the phone told me "come come". I have been there 4.30pm, it took me 1,5 hour to get there from Wandsworth. How surprise i was when guy on site told me they wont give me them headrest because it is after 4pm now. I was trying to explain i have take 2h of from work, travel 1,5h to get there which cost me money (time off work, petrol, not metionin time i wasted). He didn't care, just told me to come tomorrow, and it is my fault because i didn't ask when i called them. I DID, I HAVE TOLD PERSON ON THE PHONE I WILL BE THERE BEFORE THEY CLOSE!!! Anyway, nobody cares there. So if you going there do not expect any customer care. Shame...

   Went online on 15/07/2021 and got an instant quote for my Honda Jazz, £218. Which was a fair offer as it’s not in pristine condition, breaks are worn rendering it undrivable and it’s an old car. Got a call the next morning to say they could collect in an hour. They arrived on time, explained how I can tell the DVLA online or post the yellow slip which they filled out for me. The cash arrived this morning in my bank account 16/07/2021. Simple, honest, painless service. Thank you!

   Absolutely disgraceful. These folks are a mile behind with the basics of bare minimum respect. Went there to buy a headlight unit. They sent me wandering around by myself in the yard. When I finally found it they quoted me £25. Had to wait 30 mins for the forklift to make space and 5 mins for another guy to text with his friend. Before he started pulling out the headlight the price suddenly became £30. Ridiculous! They did not give me a receipt and told me that when you pay Contactless the machine only produces one receipt: I mean seriously?! Would stay away from them even if without alternatives!!!
