Just had our son's birthday party at little monkeys and it was brilliant! Staff were lovely, food selection was great, and Molly (party host) did a brilliant job organising and sorting out the kids. Would highly recommend!
My grandson had his birthday party here...I would have expected more from the staff they didn't even join in to sing happy birthday they just stood in the corner looking bored...there was supposed to be entertainment for the 17 kids in the party a few games and a disco...the sound system apparently didn't work so no disco nor games...there was no adapting you would've thought people that work in a kids play centre environment would know how ro entertain kids...no recompense when asked manager wasnt bothered either...wouldn't recommend at all
Good venue however disappointing with the children's party. It was rather delayed due to back to back parties with no time for staff to clean and setup the next. Normally the birthday child is in with birthday packages but not here. There was supposed to be a party game or a disco but there was nothing at all due to a broken radio with no alternative or any attempt at even a good will gesture given just a sorry but manager states "there's nothing we can do" A good way to lose yourselves many families as a regular customers.
Great soft play for little ones, prices are decent and it's very clean inside ,actually one of the cleanest I've seen in UK. We already came here twice in 3 weeks although we live about 40 minutes away.
Great soft play - lots for the kids to do and explore. Probably the cleanest play centre I've visited, the tables and surrounding area always tend to be a bit grubby, but not the case here. We bought a snack and lunch here. Food was good and reasonably priced. Kids had a great time.
Not big as it shows in the pictures, abit scary for kids under 10 i say, you can't eat the full English on play area tables, you need to leave and get it on cafe oposiite...and very military if a kid goes to under 3s area....which looks more intrested....
Attend a party today. Been here quite regularly and always had a pleasant time. But today I was spoken to like a child on several occasions by 1 member of staff! On entering my child's name was given and I paid for my other child. We sat and waited until it was time to go in and enjoy the party. I was stopped and abruptly told I needed to give my child's name before entering! I HAD! Which I stated. I was then spoken down to like a naughty child because she had not got her sticker before entering..... then quizzed if I had paid for my other child which I stated I had to be abruptly told I needed to psy for her! To then be told to sit in a certain area where tables had the birthday child's name on to then be asked to move??? Repeatedly being spoken to as the though I was in charge of the party when I was not! Customer service goes along way when you speak to people with courtesy and respect! Other staff members were absolutely delightful polite and courteous! It got to the point where if I had been spoken to like it 1 more time she would have told to stop being so rude, you'll question why I did not say anything there and then.... well it was a child's party and I did not want to ruin it for her!
Had a great time at this play area. Or little one loved exploring. Could do with a warning sign I think for the big swirly slides as he bumped his head going down them, they are rather fast.
Worst play center we have been too in the toddler area it's absolutely so disgusting the toys in there are filthy. Staff aren't very confident when approached at the desk I get there young but have a more experienced person to help them or be there for them
This is a review of the food, which is served in the cafe there, whilst your children play, out you need a quick meal. Prices are very reasonable, with a selection of joy and cold food. We ordered sandwiches, toasties and chips (including a very cheesy) cheesy chips. All great with no problems. On site toilets were clean. The noise of soft play did not transfer to the dining area, although there are also seats with line of sight for the kids too.
