Good place for parts,but dont park in road camera fine 60£ no one tells you about parking very pour signage
Order from here if you have all the time in the world because the service is extremely slow. Only one person serving and no initiative to call for another staff member when the queue is nearly out of the shop. I ordered a part and paid.I then phoned ahead to check it was ready to collect. When I got there suprise suprise they didn't have the part in stock. Thanks Euro car parts for wasting my day. I will never order from Euro car parts again.
Abysmal slow service. Broken door would bang and beep constantly, it was like a form of torture. All I wanted was a single crush washer. Needs better triage of customers
Terrible service at Brixton branch. Went in to return brake pads with email confirmation, staff refused and sent me to call customer services who were rude and hung up on me. Went back in, same staff still refused until I pushed for a manager – then suddenly printed the paper copy themselves. Pads taken but no proof of refund. Unprofessional, rude, and a complete waste of time.
None of the staff actually know what they’re doing. Always have to wait 30 mins to even be served here to be told the parts are out of stock even though they say stock is available online that’s why I have gone down there to then be given the wrong part. Avoid go to main dealer to save yourself the headache of going back and forth and dealing with people that don’t know anything about parts.

Very Quick and easy order in shop as the on-line website never worked.
Worse branch!! I just ordered a USB port and expected to receive it in 5min. Been waiting for 45min with my 1yrs old daughter. It's not good at all. The staff kept asked me what's part I ordered twice. Lastly, the manager found it behind till. The manager apologies but it's not enough. Now I'm not satisfied with this product and want to refund it I still don't want to go back to this branch again. I will find another branch
Your driver's are worst drivers ever they driving with no responsibility at all cut people don't stop on red light. I took a picture of this driver committing loads of bad behave
