Won't provide part numbers. Where is a customer supposed to get them? The dealer won't provide them either. One day the right to repair will force them to. Make your money while you can rip off merchants.
Today I went to collect parts for my car as I ordered already, Receptionist talking with me at door entrance, I clearly explained my car registration number nearly 5 times, He said there no registration doesn’t come in the system, I spelled every letter with each word, Look like he purposely ignored me, Time at 11:00 am date 22 .05.2025
I have ordered a part from this company was given a wrong part and still didn’t refund my money. I send emails and evidence and part has already been returned and they ignored my calls and no one contacted me. I have recorded telephone conversation and have a lot of evidence as well. Most of the staffs except one are very rude. They should be working somewhere else.
