    As others have said, this is essentially a scam website. Looks all glossy and professional but don't be deceived. There is no way you will get a response to any query, you will not receive your goods. I waited a month and eventually got my money back through my banks chargeback system.

    Absolutely unacceptable. This company has taken £242.47 from me for an order placed back in August and has failed to deliver the item, ignored every email, and provided no form of communication whatsoever. I am now in the process of pursuing legal action and claiming all associated costs. Their customer service is non-existent. They do not reply to messages, their phone line is either “closed,” mysteriously changes its supposed operating hours, or simply rings with no answer. It is impossible to get hold of anyone. This company has demonstrated nothing but incompetence and blatant disregard for its customers. Do NOT buy from them. They have proven to be completely unreliable and, quite frankly, behave like scammers.

    Same as many other reviews, didn't ship, doesn't reply to emails, phone lines are on for 2 hours a week and when you call them, it's just an automated message saying they'll call you back, and they don't. They have time to send a black Friday email to scam more people though. Never had a worse company to deal with. Avoid

    Don’t buy from them. Ordered a part (that they just buy from another company) exactly 30 days ago. There phone number just rings to no end (I rang 42 times over a week) only way to get in touch is via instagram to which it seems they choose to ignore. I have been chasing my order since a week after my order and the many delays in this, I finally got a response after 19 days to say it’s been delayed until end of oct (a month and a half to go). Rang the actually supplier and they said the item is discontinued. Asked for about a week if my order is in warehouse, got my response today in a refund email. No idea why they would advertise parts if they don’t have them or have knowledge of them. Waste of a month Edit: I was told in 30/09/25 I’d get a refund and still haven’t got it 14/10/25. They’re ignoring my emails and messages now

    ordered brake disks 3 months ago. took payment and they never arrived. contacted the manufacturer of the disks as MPP wanted nothing to do with me and wouldn’t even answer the phone to find out an order had never been placed with them and they had infact stopped dealing with MPP i had to go through my bank to get a refund. do not buy from them
