Exceptional service, particularly by Emily. I was traveling in my own for work( first time ever) and she made me feel extremely welcome. The food was some of the best I've tried and a definite foodie, if your looking for great food, great service pop into this little gem of a place. Highly recommended.

It took almost 90 minutes for the food to arrive, however I do accept this was down to 3 large groups turning up at the same time without a reservation. The food was ok, it would probably be better if they were less busy.

Unlimited breakfast and continental, unlimited coffee and juice for £11. Absolutely perfect. Sausages on point. The kind lady made some fresh extra crispy bacon for my pregnant sister craving it crispy. Warmed our crossaints and very attentive. The food is absolutely bang on. Im leaving feeling full and happy.

We were staying at the Premier Inn, so decided to keep it local and dine at the attached restaurant. There was a great range of food and drinks, with something to suit everyone, including a fantastic kids’ menu and delicious desserts. We were especially impressed by the excellent service from Adrian, who was friendly, attentive, and gave spot-on food recommendations.

cant fault food normally. but todays food was shocking! had a fairly elderly kady serve us who doesnt know cocktails. first couldnt find the how to make card. after 20 mins finally brought cocktails across (bare in mind at this point only us and one other table in and they didnt need serving so not busy). brought over drinks Pina colada is worst ive ever tried. sister went and got us a gin instead and told another member of staff who said " just neck it" someone then came to collect glasses and i said again it was worst ever had and got response of ... well normally fine. yes ive drunk in there plenty and normally is fine, but doesnt mean specific member of staff can make cocktails. responses were poor n couldnt care less today, not normal standards in there. if thats what the staff are becoming it will stop us going in. we wasted money on drinks that a couple of us tried (,to see if we could swap between us) and non of us could drink it. so went to waste

Nice and quiet place to eat even with a busy town centre. Clearly short of service staff but they're coping well. Food was meh at best. Cleanliness doesn't seem to be very high on the priority list and the floor was very sticky.

Good restaurant to have your meal after a long day at work but very limited options for veggies which doesn't surprise me now in UK. The bar is awesome where you can sit relax have few drinks at peace, not to forget the bar staff is amazingly customer centric taking hospitality to newer heights.
