   AVOID JV Bright. I Went to this supplier in order to replace all wipers on my LEVC and was charged £71.40. On using my wipers this morning I realised that no rear wiper was fitted but the old one had been removed. Clearly an oversight so I returned believing that they would accept that an error had occurred and a new wiper would be fitted. Unfortunately I was met with denials, that it was not down to them & insinuating that I was somehow responsible. They subsequently offered me a new wiper at cost which I declined as I obviously did not want to give this supplier any more money. Why do this if you are not responsible? The staff were rude & bad mannered from the beginning, they started to photograph my vehicle in an intimidatory manner when I declined their offer. In conclusion I will never return & if honesty, good manners and customer service is important to you AVOID JV Bright.

   Have used JV's for parts in the past and rented off them when returning to the trade after a break. They do a good job, are very knowledgeable and can ring round there many contacts to get things sorted.

   I phoned on friday to see if part was in stock travelled 35 miles to pick it up on Saturday to find it was not there everyone blamed everyone else not one person said sorry was told it would be there on Monday travelled 35 miles on Monday to be told it was still not there everyone blamed everyone else still no one said sorry waited 3 hrs for it to turn up to be charged full price found out later I could have got same part from turbo £40 cheaper been dealing with these people for 38 years i Remember when they where good before they become rich and now they don't care I retire next week so not particularly bothered about their future be lucky

   I 'phoned Bright's on Saturday morning - pleasantly surprised to find them open - to get a part for my Metrocab TTT. One of the staff, Peter, said he would check and call me back. Within ten minutes he had done so and let me know that the part was in stock. An hour later I left Bright's premises with the item I was seeking. Brilliant!
