   I had the clutch done on my Mitsubishi it was Very easy to book online and they fitted me in such short notice. The price is more than reasonable, great service and great communication. They had already tested my car and it was good to go but because I was nervous they drove it around the block again and tested it again. Husband and wife are super friendly and nice, I had no issues with my car since I left and it been a 3 week now.

   The customer service here is on point. My friends car was fixed within a few hours and the guys were still being jolly even though they were working through Christmas Eve. This is my second visit here and I would highly recommend this garage for the service and the staff.

   Well, they have fixed my car when other garages didn't even want to take it on. So I am eternally grateful. I'm also thankful for the lesson on correct clutch-use; now I don't even want to USE my clutch, just in case I break it. Very friendly, efficient service, with updates when it was necessary.

   This company is not even deserving of one star. I took my car to Mr. Clutch in Croydon for an MOT and full service and paid £235.96. As soon as I started my car, I noticed the engine icon lighting up so I drove it back to the garage and I was told that the alternator needed to be replaced, despite the fact that it was marked as "Normal" in the MOT report. In any case, I booked the repair for the following day. On My way back home, the car broke down and I have to call the recovery service to tow it back home and the following day to the garage. They changed the alternator and charged me £527.14 and I was reassured that the car was perfect. Believe it or not, 12 minutes later, on my way back home, the car broke down again. This time Mr. Cluth sent two men to tow the car back to the garage. I collected the car two days later and I was told that the alternator was not the problem and that the Throttle/pedal position sensor needed to be replaced at some point, but that the car was repaired, this time "free of charge" and that it was tested and in good working condition. I left the garage and on my way back home I started noticing that something was not right with the car again. Believe it or not, the oil icon was lighting up, just as I was about to reach home. I contacted Mr Clutch and the manager asked me to take the car back to the garage but I thought it was too dangerous to drive back with the oil sign lighting up. He then advised me that the oil pump needed to be replaced at a cost of £600, excluding the labor but that he will only charge me for the part. What I was hearing was beyond my comprehension. I paid £527 for an alternator only to be told after the car broke down that this was not the problem but that it was the Throttle pedal sensor instead. Now after the car broke down for the third time (every time on my journey back from the garage), I was told that the oil pump needed to be replaced at a ridiculous cost. Clearly, they have been taking advantage of the fact that I am an old woman with no knowledge about cars! I have been using Mr. Clutch for many years, and although I never understood the details of the invoices I paid, at least I have been able to drive my car. Now, I lost trust in these people. I have made a formal complaint, providing full details and receipt of payments made. Sadly the answer was: "we are happy with everything our staff have done at our Croydon branch". Of course, they are happy as they are clearly colluding with the staff at the garage to exploit vulnerable clients. Although I'm actually traumatised by this horrible experience, I am determined to continue with this process, this is not right. I now will file a claim to the court.

   I had my clutch changed and have had a fantastic service.. Super friendly staff that clearly care about their customers best interests.. kept me very well informed from start to finish and have been extremely accommodating.. If\when I need any further work\MOTs\anything.. my first choice will be Mr Clutch Croydon hands down..! I will also be recommending this garage to all my friends and family going forward. Thanks again..!

   I came to this place for MOT and they left me very satisfied. Aparently one of the windscreen wipers was just about worn out enough which to cause my car to fail the MOT once but they guy there just changed it, gave me a new one for free and did not charge me for the re-run of the MOT. That clearly tells me they care about their customers.
