“The Volvo team at Croydon has been absolutely amazing—especially Hannah, who is truly an asset to the company. I booked my Volvo XC90 in for a full service and a health check. The car passed the health check, apart from an issue with the ERAD system, which I understand is a common problem. I’m hopeful that Volvo will assist with the cost of this repair. The pricing was reasonable overall. My vehicle also had a recall related to the battery, and unfortunately, it failed. Hannah promptly informed me that the battery would be replaced under the recall scheme at no cost, which was a relief. Since I rely on the car for school drop-offs and daily commuting, Hannah kindly arranged a courtesy car for me. Another impressive touch was the video link they sent, showing a detailed inspection of my car and outlining any necessary work—very professional. I will definitely continue servicing my car at this location. The team is honest, straightforward, and never pushy—just genuine people providing great service. I’m happy to recommend them. I ordered a crankshaft pulley for a Nissan note which they had the only one available throughout the UK jazz was kind enough too look physically in the warehouse for it as well. “Very happy with service I received. I had 4 tyres changed along with wheel balance and alignment. The guys were very helpful and accommodating. Also listened to any concerns I had without quibble. I was especially impressed that they actually used a torque wrench when replacing the lug nuts as opposed to just over tightening like most places do! Would definitely use again in the future”

Full service with stage 1 remap and Dyno run.the gain for this car was unbelievable almost an extra 100bhp, has changed the car completely!!! “Any time you use a new garage you're always a bit wary and this was no different - I have always stuck to what I know. However when the manufacturer issues a recall notice you have to go to an approved dealer. Kinghams were my closest. Staff were friendly on the telephone making the booking, you get confirmation by text (and a reminder) and I found them to be helpful and knowledgeable in person. During the day I received 2 videos of the work being carried out (airbag replacement) and a call to let me know when the work was completed. Overall a positive experience (and a nice shiny car on collection)”
