They putut MOT advisory for front tyers being worn, and I had good tyers on the car and when I complaint about it he threaten me. Trying to sell tyers to me. Will never go ther again AX10EHF Dont recomand!!

I have taken my car for a MOT and unfortunately it has failed because the emissions but Peter plugged the scanner in and quickly realised was just a cylinder misfiring upon clearing the fault my car past mission test. Really Appreciated the way the handle it.
Sent my car there a while ago for the service. Was charged almost £400! When I booked it in they said it would be £200 but when I went to collect the car the price had changed. They charger £40 just for the ad blue (you can get it in the shop for £10). Absolute disgrace! Do not recommend!!!
I've used Ashburton Service Center for years and years.... Always found them more than fair... In the past, brought a couple of cars from them..... Both fine... Serviceing... Mot........ Again most fair. Peter the owner is a smashing bloke.... As is his team......... Always ready to help.
Having contact this garage twice I'm shocked at the rude staff. Wouldn't use again. Miserable and unhelpful. Shame as the owner is quite friendly. Won't be recommending them

Sent our car in to have quite a bit of work done on it which was pre approved and arranged by the owner himself. Little did we know that we would not be seeing our car for the next three weeks with no or little communication from the owner and his staff. Every time we rang to get an update we were fobbed off with numerous excuses as to why the work hadn’t been done on the car. Then finally on week three we got some of the works done. (Not all the original work already agreed) They need to brush up on their customer service skills.
Recently I bought a new car from Ashburton - I had no idea about the place as I do not live in that area. I saw the car on Auto Trader and also read some good reviews but some really bad reviews too about the garage/trader. However, i thought I will take the trouble to visit the garage reluctantly as I was not sure what to expect. To my surprise and pleasure, it was great to meet the owner, Peter. Not only was he very helpful and courteous but he didn't put any pressure on me to purchase the car. In fact, i was given the time to discuss with my wife about the purchase once we decided on a price - very rare these days. Most would asked me to put down a non-refundable deposit! When I went to pick the car a couple of days later, Peter went through all the details pretty thoroughly with me. Not only that, he even said that should I encounter any problems, not to hesitate to contact him. I would say I received excellent service and very pleased about my purchase. And I will not hesitate to recommend him from the experience I have had.
